Fox40 Had Strings Urban Kitchen in studio today cooking up some delious food and Bethany was getting a workout in with Calling all Dreamers. Darren had the Pet of the week.
Good Day Sacramento:

In this first hour Cody had Show and Tell talking about a Hot Tub Tug Boat. Courtney had the 5am Club Member, The Question of the day was Where is the farthest you ever traveled. Yesterday the Cow Chase took over the show so today Courtney played Part 2 of Who's Pantry is it. Cambi started off the Lip Sync battle with a classic Beyonce performance. Much more on all the performances in Final Thoughts. Marianne is not participating in the battle but her Daily List did provide us with her lip syncing 3 classic songs as examples. The Show us yours was Rocker Pose.
6am:
The Lip Sync Battles continued with 2 performances. First Mark and Ken teamed together to recreate the Blues Brothers and did well. Then Amy teamed up with Camera Guy Dave and Cambi for Baby Got Back from Sir Mix A Lot. Julissa was hanging out with a Social Media Guru learning how Pinterest can boost your business. Doug the Car Czar went behind the scenes of the Price is Right. Mark, Ken, and Marianne talked celebrity chef Guy Fieri about his new cookbook.
7am:
Lip Sync Battles continued this hour with Courtney channeling her inner Michael to take on Billy Jean and Cody was dressed to impress as he covered Van Halen's Ice Cream Man. Julissa continued to get tips how Pinterest can boost your business. Doug was back for more behind the scenes of The Price is Right. Marianne talked to a dog expert who gave tips so that your dog does not become obese. Mark had entertainment report talking Neighbors with Zac Efron and Dave Franco.
8am:
In the GREAT 8 it doesn't get better than Good Day's own Super Freak Melissa finding her inner Rick James. But the hour was stolen by Jason and the Mecca Dancers going all Brittany with Oops I did it again. Courtney was in Rio Linda with a Tractor event. Mark had more entertainment report. Doug gave Free car repair advice. Ken talked to former Burbank HS now NFL Hopeful Terrence Mitchell about possibly being drafted this weekend. Teens Tunes was played and the #9amtopic was introduced Today's topic What is your go to Lip Sync song.
9am:
In the Final hour of the show today Gina from Thrift Town was in Studio showing DIY projects for Mother's Day. Lori was in Fair Oaks for Red Day. Tina talked to Relationship experts about fighting over money and then went to the kitchen set to make Desert Pizza not with the relationship experts. Ken had the Manly Minute today talking about how to get your kids drafted in the NFL. Keywords HARD WORK!!! Courtney was in Rio Linda riding a tractor. Laura, Julissa and Tina performed the Wilson Phillips song Hold On For One More Day. Melissa and crew had the complete recap of the Lip Sync Battles and the final question of the day was what song would you lip sync to with Marianne.
Final Thoughts:
Fox40 had their Idol Chatter with Paul and Mojoe. As we get down to the final 3 tonight the top 4 performed last night on American Idol and for the most part did well. As much as I am not a fan of Alex he should remain safe for another week. Caleb and Jena won the night for me and that means even though its obvious the producers and judges want Jessica off the show it appears they will get their wish.
A lot of people are talking about Caleb and his stupid twitter comment last week needing to apologize and I think he does too I just don't think he was given the opportunity to do so last night and I would hope he is able to tonight but he does not deserve to go home over it.
Good Day today made a fun show even better with the Lip Sync Battle. Kicking it off in the 5am hour was Cambi with her performance of Beyonce Bootylicious. Cambi did a nice job in the top spot and she was the perfect way to kick the show off.
Next up in the Lip Sync Battle was Mark and Ken taking on the Blues Brothers classic Stand By Your Man. This came direct with the duo being behind a wire fence just like in the Movie with garbage being thrown at them. This was one of my favorites for sure
Amy was joined by Camera Guy Dave and Cambi Brown as she performed Sir Mix A Lot's Classic Baby Got Back. Amy looked like a nerd in the glasses and even rocked the famous Mom Jeans. Dave and Cambi added to the performance but it was the start of the performance and Amy looking like a rapper that won this performance for me.
Next to perform was Courtney as she took on Michael Jackson's Classic Billie Jean and she included the one Glove.
I scream You Scream We All Scream for Cody the Ice Cream as Cody is dressed to impress taking on the Van Halen Classic Ice Cream Man. It was the walkoff that had me screaming..... FOR MORE!!!!!
Next Up Melissa finds her Super Freak and channels Rick James and though she looked more like Cher Melissa was definitely a Very Kinky Girl and she's alright with me.
Jason Toots Maloney brings in the Mecca Dancers to take on Brittany Spears OOps I did it again. I will say this about Jason's performance. He Lip Syncs as well as Brittany Sings Live but it was the dancers who won this performance.
Finally It was a Wilson Phillips Reunion As Julissa, Tina, and Laura had us all Holding on for One more day with us wanting more. This was the close out performance of the battle and the show stopper. My Favorite part was Julissa drumming flowers.
No one lost only the viewers won more.
I loved the show today and I hope they do this type of show again.
I love having Gina from Thrift Town in on Thursday. Great ideas today for all you DIY's for Mother's Day.
Tomorrow we say Good Luck To Audrey and Dance into the Weekend with Cody and Amy.

In this first hour Cody had Show and Tell talking about a Hot Tub Tug Boat. Courtney had the 5am Club Member, The Question of the day was Where is the farthest you ever traveled. Yesterday the Cow Chase took over the show so today Courtney played Part 2 of Who's Pantry is it. Cambi started off the Lip Sync battle with a classic Beyonce performance. Much more on all the performances in Final Thoughts. Marianne is not participating in the battle but her Daily List did provide us with her lip syncing 3 classic songs as examples. 6am:
The Lip Sync Battles continued with 2 performances. First Mark and Ken teamed together to recreate the Blues Brothers and did well. Then Amy teamed up with Camera Guy Dave and Cambi for Baby Got Back from Sir Mix A Lot. Julissa was hanging out with a Social Media Guru learning how Pinterest can boost your business. Doug the Car Czar went behind the scenes of the Price is Right. Mark, Ken, and Marianne talked celebrity chef Guy Fieri about his new cookbook.
7am:
Lip Sync Battles continued this hour with Courtney channeling her inner Michael to take on Billy Jean and Cody was dressed to impress as he covered Van Halen's Ice Cream Man. Julissa continued to get tips how Pinterest can boost your business. Doug was back for more behind the scenes of The Price is Right. Marianne talked to a dog expert who gave tips so that your dog does not become obese. Mark had entertainment report talking Neighbors with Zac Efron and Dave Franco.

In the GREAT 8 it doesn't get better than Good Day's own Super Freak Melissa finding her inner Rick James. But the hour was stolen by Jason and the Mecca Dancers going all Brittany with Oops I did it again. Courtney was in Rio Linda with a Tractor event. Mark had more entertainment report. Doug gave Free car repair advice. Ken talked to former Burbank HS now NFL Hopeful Terrence Mitchell about possibly being drafted this weekend. Teens Tunes was played and the #9amtopic was introduced Today's topic What is your go to Lip Sync song.
9am:
In the Final hour of the show today Gina from Thrift Town was in Studio showing DIY projects for Mother's Day. Lori was in Fair Oaks for Red Day. Tina talked to Relationship experts about fighting over money and then went to the kitchen set to make Desert Pizza not with the relationship experts. Ken had the Manly Minute today talking about how to get your kids drafted in the NFL. Keywords HARD WORK!!! Courtney was in Rio Linda riding a tractor. Laura, Julissa and Tina performed the Wilson Phillips song Hold On For One More Day. Melissa and crew had the complete recap of the Lip Sync Battles and the final question of the day was what song would you lip sync to with Marianne.
Final Thoughts:
Fox40 had their Idol Chatter with Paul and Mojoe. As we get down to the final 3 tonight the top 4 performed last night on American Idol and for the most part did well. As much as I am not a fan of Alex he should remain safe for another week. Caleb and Jena won the night for me and that means even though its obvious the producers and judges want Jessica off the show it appears they will get their wish.
A lot of people are talking about Caleb and his stupid twitter comment last week needing to apologize and I think he does too I just don't think he was given the opportunity to do so last night and I would hope he is able to tonight but he does not deserve to go home over it.
Good Day today made a fun show even better with the Lip Sync Battle. Kicking it off in the 5am hour was Cambi with her performance of Beyonce Bootylicious. Cambi did a nice job in the top spot and she was the perfect way to kick the show off.
Next up in the Lip Sync Battle was Mark and Ken taking on the Blues Brothers classic Stand By Your Man. This came direct with the duo being behind a wire fence just like in the Movie with garbage being thrown at them. This was one of my favorites for sure
Amy was joined by Camera Guy Dave and Cambi Brown as she performed Sir Mix A Lot's Classic Baby Got Back. Amy looked like a nerd in the glasses and even rocked the famous Mom Jeans. Dave and Cambi added to the performance but it was the start of the performance and Amy looking like a rapper that won this performance for me.
Next to perform was Courtney as she took on Michael Jackson's Classic Billie Jean and she included the one Glove.
I scream You Scream We All Scream for Cody the Ice Cream as Cody is dressed to impress taking on the Van Halen Classic Ice Cream Man. It was the walkoff that had me screaming..... FOR MORE!!!!!
Next Up Melissa finds her Super Freak and channels Rick James and though she looked more like Cher Melissa was definitely a Very Kinky Girl and she's alright with me.
Jason Toots Maloney brings in the Mecca Dancers to take on Brittany Spears OOps I did it again. I will say this about Jason's performance. He Lip Syncs as well as Brittany Sings Live but it was the dancers who won this performance.
Finally It was a Wilson Phillips Reunion As Julissa, Tina, and Laura had us all Holding on for One more day with us wanting more. This was the close out performance of the battle and the show stopper. My Favorite part was Julissa drumming flowers.
No one lost only the viewers won more.
I loved the show today and I hope they do this type of show again.
I love having Gina from Thrift Town in on Thursday. Great ideas today for all you DIY's for Mother's Day.
Tomorrow we say Good Luck To Audrey and Dance into the Weekend with Cody and Amy.
