#DanceDay #Workouts #Yoga #Music #Pets #Valerian #GiveBack and More Today in the News 7/29/2017 Today's Recap: Krystle was at Granite Regional Park checking out the Kid Obstacle Challenge where kids Run, jump, scale, and wade your way through the largest touring adventure and obstacle course event series for kids in the nation. Krystle was getting a preview of the 10th Annual East Lawn Fab 40’s 5k Run/Walk benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California. Krystle was at the Capitol West Steps with California’s National Day of Dance which is the first of its kind to make its way to Sacramento with the primary goal being to inspire Sacramento to embrace dance as a fun and positive way to maintaining good health, and to promote the availability of quality performing arts in the community. This event is for dancers AND non-dancers alike. Krystle was at Capitol Collision Center who spent the last couple months rebuilding a car that they gave away to a deserving customer to
