Today's Recap:
Krystle was at Granite Regional Park checking out the Kid Obstacle Challenge where kids Run, jump, scale, and wade your way through the largest touring adventure and obstacle course event series for kids in the nation. Krystle was getting a preview of the 10th Annual East Lawn Fab 40’s 5k Run/Walk benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California. Krystle was at the Capitol West Steps with California’s National Day of Dance which is the first of its kind to make its way to Sacramento with the primary goal being to inspire Sacramento to embrace dance as a fun and positive way to maintaining good health, and to promote the availability of quality performing arts in the community. This event is for dancers AND non-dancers alike. Krystle was at Capitol Collision Center who spent the last couple months rebuilding a car that they gave away to a deserving customer today through the Wheels To Prosper program.
Dave was with Lori at Whole Foods with Mama Bootcamp where a class and Swap Meet took place to benefit WEAVE Inc. Dave was at Team Ride Folsom who are teaming up with a local family (Bike For Betsy) to raise awareness for melanoma! After a mother recently lost her battle the family is working to raise funds for the Melanoma Research Institute. Dave was at Palladio Folsom Serenity Spa & Soul Yoga where now - October they are offering Free Summer Soul Yoga Every Saturday at 9am. Dave was with Norcal Sup Fitness as they hit the water with the pint-sized paddlers who make up the NorCal Groms team to preview their huge fundraiser this weekend on Lake Natoma taking place today and Sunday.

Kinsey was at the Grand Opening of Truitt Bark Park as it opened to the public with a free community celebration designed for the entire family. Kinsey was at Sacramento VFW Post 67 with the The Capitol Stokers Inc. which is one of the oldest car clubs in the State of California, establishing in Sacramento in 1949. This weekend, the nonprofit is hosting its first ever, Veteran Benefit Car Show to help support our veterans in need. Kinsey was with The Backseat Betties previewing tonight's Miss Midnight Mass 2017: Calendar Girls.
Cambi was with Sacramento SPCA where for One-Day Event, Saturday, July 29th (11am-6pm) it's FREE Adoption Day All Adoption Fees Waived for Senior Dogs and Adult Cats. Cambi was with Sierra from Macy's learning the latest Lipstick Trends on #NationalLipstickDay Cambi had today's Hot Headlines.
