The Kick is.... Today in the News 1/31/2014: Opening Statement: Earlier this week on Marianne's Daily List she talked about having 3 fashion friends so that got me thinking what about friends makes everything better in life? While I have several friends I think it is safe to say I have 4 that I can really talk to about anything and know they are still going to be my friend. However like I said yesterday you can never take anything for granted because what might me here today may be gone tomorrow. I really appreciate my friends because each of my closets friends have their own unique qualities. One loves Sci-Fi and got me into Doctor Who, One loves movies and got me into understanding how the box office works, one got me into fashion and fine dining so now I can enjoy shopping and eating at restaurants that clean off the table with a brush while my other friend has shown me that anime art is pretty cool in fact it is really cool. I've always enjoyed art and now I've gotten t

The Thrill of the Chase.... Today in the News 1/30/2014

The Thrill of the Chase.... Today in the News 1/30/2014 Opening Statement: Last night I was writing and something came to me that I thought I could share today with all of you. I am so grateful to my friends and family both personally and professionally. but throughout my life I have learned you can never take for granted what you have today because tomorrow it may all be gone. What I mean by that is we have so many things going on in our lives whether it is kids, jobs, etc but what we don't realize is the other things in life that we get so use to we don't realize the importance of other things around us. So over the next few days I encourage you to take a step back and remember what we as a whole love the most and give thanks because what we have today may not be what we have tomorrow.. I Went Down to my Local Arena...Today in the News 1/28/2014:

I Went Down to my Local Arena...Today in the News 1/28/2014: Opening Statement: A couple of stories I will be following are about basketball. The first, Sacramento Kings are unveiling a new look at the new arena that is to be built by 2016. That unveiling is going to season ticket holders and media outlets, so once that is released I will know. The other story I am following is about a local High School team, As you know during High School football I cover the Sheldon Huskies. The reason for that is because my niece is a former student there and now the school is in trouble. Not over football but Basketball. They apparently made several mistakes that involves recruiting. This is sad because the 4 years my niece attended the team was so good they brought the school 4 championships. in the section. As much as I don't want to believer they are guilty all signs point otherwise. This is sad for the school, kids and everyone who's attending this school. The school did wrong but the
