Opening Statement:
Today is the day where all the hard work pays off. What started as a Facebook chat with myself Angie Larson, Jim Bradford and Cody Stark #IronBowlCody was born then #ShouldhavebeenthereCody and now today it finishes with #BCSCody. Tonight at 530pm PST The Auburn Tigers take on The Florida State Seminoles for all the marbles. The BCS Championship game that we fought so hard to get Cody to the game with #CodytoPasadena but fell short. Our efforts paid off however it was the people in charge of credentials to the game that never came through in fact Auburn press got turned down and it's their school playing. So with that said join Cody and me in breaking Twitter with #BCSCody tonight as we Cheer on the Auburn Tigers. So far in the first 2 Twitter/Facebook game Auburn is 2-0 so let's make it 3.

NFL Wildcard Sunday:
Well what a weekend it turned out to be in Wildcard Weekend. We had 2 awesome games Saturday. Sunday no one saw coming what took place in the first game with the San Diego Chargers beating the Cincinnati Bengals 27-10 and now winning the game means San Diego plays Denver Broncos next week. Locally the SF 49'ers proved once again they own the Green Bay Packers winning 23-20 meaning SF gets to travel to take on Carolina Panthers next week.

My58:
Showed a new app for dating spots. So much for imagination. Lego's took that away when they gave you sets. Now we have an app for everything including dating.
They talked to Doctor Oz too but I don't watch his show so I will not comment on this.
Fox40:
Did a nice job and had some pretty good topics. One of my favorites is Sabrina's Don't be that Guy. Today she talked to CHP Officer Adrian Quintero about texting and driving or using GPS devices on your phone. I assure you this is extremely dangerous and though I don't have numbers teens die far to often from doing this so lets be SAFE out there.
Zohreen my new favorite field reporter on Fox40 talked to the resident go to Vet about your pets when they get anxious and what to do.
I enjoyed the Kings Chef with his sandwiches however since my surgery in 2009 I have not been able to eat bread or pasta
Good Day Sacramento
To start the show off at 430 Show and Tell is always a fun way to close out the first 30 minutes of the show and today Ken talked about his son Malcolm going to Julissa daughters birthday party and all she (Ju) did to prepare for it. Courtney showed off her meatless cookbook she received for Christmas.
At 5am we got our #Questionoftheday. 5am Club member of the day and Marianne's Daily List. Today's Show us your...was to be thumbs because of Melissa's thumb injury but that was changed to 49'er pride. I'm not a 49'er fan but I respect them and will because they win but I don't know if I can take 4 more weeks of this celebrating but again I will show respect and try to add interesting facts such as if they beat Carolina next week and the Saints beat the Seahawks the Championship game will be held at Candlestick Park.
In the 6am hour Mark was finding out what the people of Stockton are doing to solve the worlds problems at Chucks Hamburgers. In Mark's second segment we learned Chuck's was a regular spot for the late Huell Houser to stop in and enjoy a meal when in the area. Melissa has a thumb injury so she got tips and tricks to help others not get it. Marianne had the Daily Joe where she talked about worst creamers. One of the creamers shown was the Girl Scout Thin Mint... NO this is not bad.. This stuff is GREAT in Hot Chocolate.
In the 7am hour Mark continued from Chuck's where he learned of one chef's pancake art. This chef makes Yosemite Sam Pancakes and they are amazing. Ken talked to the cast of Impractical Jokers on TruTV. Marianne showed how to recycle your old Christmas Cards with using them as crafts. Courtney shared an idea of a Blessing Bag which is a really cool idea for those less fortunate. LAURA SKIRDE IS BACK from Vacation and filling in at CBS 13 News at night. Welcome Back Laura.
In the 8am hour on Good Day Sacramento Amy introduced us to a local couple that has been married for 50 years and they amazing art. It is just beautiful what they do and Tom is also an amazing photographer. Melissa was also checking out a small home business that makes face plates for your doorbell and customizes them to what you want to say on it. Mark brought us the story of one local stockton girl giving back to those who love to play softball and can't afford the uniform by starting her own league. You can donate to her cause as well if you would like to help including old cars. Courtney played Court's Tunes... Theme Good mood songs. Courtney also had her Check this out segment, today's topic was a new way to sanitize your toothbrush and a personal water bottle humidifier.
In the 9am hour. Mark continued playing softball first trying to catch the ball and secondly trying to hit it. I love Mark S. Allen and he is a friend so when I say stick to movies I say it lovingly. Melissa learned more from the Doorbell Decorator and told about a discount for TODAY Only! Amy continued checking out the art of a local couple that is just amazing. work. Courtney shared a way to make Brussel Sprouts without the smell and of course Ken brought us another GREAT "Manly Minute" as well as Marianne and Laura guiding us through the #9amtopic.

NFL Wildcard Sunday:
Well what a weekend it turned out to be in Wildcard Weekend. We had 2 awesome games Saturday. Sunday no one saw coming what took place in the first game with the San Diego Chargers beating the Cincinnati Bengals 27-10 and now winning the game means San Diego plays Denver Broncos next week. Locally the SF 49'ers proved once again they own the Green Bay Packers winning 23-20 meaning SF gets to travel to take on Carolina Panthers next week.

Showed a new app for dating spots. So much for imagination. Lego's took that away when they gave you sets. Now we have an app for everything including dating.
They talked to Doctor Oz too but I don't watch his show so I will not comment on this.
Fox40:
Did a nice job and had some pretty good topics. One of my favorites is Sabrina's Don't be that Guy. Today she talked to CHP Officer Adrian Quintero about texting and driving or using GPS devices on your phone. I assure you this is extremely dangerous and though I don't have numbers teens die far to often from doing this so lets be SAFE out there.
Zohreen my new favorite field reporter on Fox40 talked to the resident go to Vet about your pets when they get anxious and what to do.
I enjoyed the Kings Chef with his sandwiches however since my surgery in 2009 I have not been able to eat bread or pasta
Good Day Sacramento
To start the show off at 430 Show and Tell is always a fun way to close out the first 30 minutes of the show and today Ken talked about his son Malcolm going to Julissa daughters birthday party and all she (Ju) did to prepare for it. Courtney showed off her meatless cookbook she received for Christmas.
At 5am we got our #Questionoftheday. 5am Club member of the day and Marianne's Daily List. Today's Show us your...was to be thumbs because of Melissa's thumb injury but that was changed to 49'er pride. I'm not a 49'er fan but I respect them and will because they win but I don't know if I can take 4 more weeks of this celebrating but again I will show respect and try to add interesting facts such as if they beat Carolina next week and the Saints beat the Seahawks the Championship game will be held at Candlestick Park.
In the 6am hour Mark was finding out what the people of Stockton are doing to solve the worlds problems at Chucks Hamburgers. In Mark's second segment we learned Chuck's was a regular spot for the late Huell Houser to stop in and enjoy a meal when in the area. Melissa has a thumb injury so she got tips and tricks to help others not get it. Marianne had the Daily Joe where she talked about worst creamers. One of the creamers shown was the Girl Scout Thin Mint... NO this is not bad.. This stuff is GREAT in Hot Chocolate.
In the 7am hour Mark continued from Chuck's where he learned of one chef's pancake art. This chef makes Yosemite Sam Pancakes and they are amazing. Ken talked to the cast of Impractical Jokers on TruTV. Marianne showed how to recycle your old Christmas Cards with using them as crafts. Courtney shared an idea of a Blessing Bag which is a really cool idea for those less fortunate. LAURA SKIRDE IS BACK from Vacation and filling in at CBS 13 News at night. Welcome Back Laura.
In the 8am hour on Good Day Sacramento Amy introduced us to a local couple that has been married for 50 years and they amazing art. It is just beautiful what they do and Tom is also an amazing photographer. Melissa was also checking out a small home business that makes face plates for your doorbell and customizes them to what you want to say on it. Mark brought us the story of one local stockton girl giving back to those who love to play softball and can't afford the uniform by starting her own league. You can donate to her cause as well if you would like to help including old cars. Courtney played Court's Tunes... Theme Good mood songs. Courtney also had her Check this out segment, today's topic was a new way to sanitize your toothbrush and a personal water bottle humidifier.
In the 9am hour. Mark continued playing softball first trying to catch the ball and secondly trying to hit it. I love Mark S. Allen and he is a friend so when I say stick to movies I say it lovingly. Melissa learned more from the Doorbell Decorator and told about a discount for TODAY Only! Amy continued checking out the art of a local couple that is just amazing. work. Courtney shared a way to make Brussel Sprouts without the smell and of course Ken brought us another GREAT "Manly Minute" as well as Marianne and Laura guiding us through the #9amtopic.

Currently FSU is a 9 point favorite but that is on paper.
