Opening Statement:
We started this new year off 21 days ago already, in those 21 days we've seen some clouds, a drop of rain and temperatures reach high 60's until yesterday when we broke a January record hitting 71. This drought is real but yet I see people wash the sidewalk, driveway, cars, and more.
I don't have the answers nor will I try so for now I will just listen to what the news says to do and keep cutting back. Instead of a 10 minutes shower make it 6 or whatever.

Today on Fox was a bit of a fun day for Zohreen after she got done covering the RT Light Rail mess. She got to go to Wolf 101.9 to see Rascal Flats. Sabrina talked about Stockton Restaurant deal of the day from Mile Wine Company and in a rare move, Fox 40 had not 1 but 2 viewers voice questions. I am not quite sure as to why but they did. Finally Paul has a book out which we knew. Now reviews are pouring in and they showed the good reviews and shared he had the Book of the Month for 1 local radio station.

Show and Tell Ken shared the game between Sac State Basketball team was postponed due to injuries In the 5am hour we had our staples of the #Questionoftheday and 5am Club Member of the day. We also started to see the Show us your.. Hugs pictures.

In the 6am hour Amy showed us what Mixed Grappling was which is a combo between wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. Mark started today's Trade up segment from Ashley's Country Kitchen. He traded several items throughout the show.
7am:
In the 7am hour Actress Rosario Dawson joined in to talk about her new film opening Friday, Gimme Shelter. Mark continued trading up and Amy learned more grappling. CNet's Brian Cooley talked about new gadgets coming out in 2014 including Iphone 6, said to have a longer battery life and larger screen.
8am:
In the 8am hour Mark finished his Trade up segment getting another cup for the ZZ Top CD. Julissa and Laura talked to a local Broncos fan that has such a kooky collection it fired up Laura. Courtney was the DJ today for Court's Toons and the #9amtopic is introduced.
9am:
Laura and Julissa guided us through the HOT #9amtopic today that was about Richard Sherman's rant following the game Sunday. This was such a hot topic it reached over 400 responses just on Facebook alone. We also had another good Manly Minute, Amy showed us the Big Rig kitchen and Mason is trying to raise money for his school's kitchen with a dinner on Valentines day. Julissa had trending topics and Mark met a 73 year old personal trainer who put other trainers to shame.
Final Thoughts:
Though I cover all 3 morning shows today's Good Day Sacramento had the 73 year old trainer on and that impressed me so much not because he is 73 but because his work ethic can be a teaching tool for those who need to learn how hard work pays off. I have said it before I get a strong amount of motivation to help me through my days from Good Day Sacramento and the cast and crew. I hope all of you watch the video of this trainer because he put trainers that I have seen at my gym to shame. I for one am extremely motivated after seeing him and how Good Day Sacramento honored him
I also enjoyed see Jamie Oliver's Big Rig Kitchen and Zohreen had that little girl look in her eye when she met Rascal Flats. I was really hoping to see the Sac State girls take on the Good Day men in basketball and I hope it can be rescheduled. It will not be tomorrow but here is what will be taking place tomorrow on Good Day Sacramento....
