In this hour it was all about Friday fun. The Show and Tell led off by Cody talking about an upcoming Bill Murray Art Exhibit, Cody sharing that Aldrine Guerrero will be performing on the Good Day Stage Sunday. Aldrine plays Imagine on the Ukulele. Courtney showed that her Check this out needs to be put together. Marianne showed they cut part of Kate Upton's arm off to hide her sweat. The 5am Club members are celebrating their anniversary. Question of the day was Favorite High School Memory. Mark was getting Donuts in Yuba City before he checks out a vehicle like no other. Today's Show us yours was Boat.
6am:
A sea lion plays with a girl until she falls in today"s Daily Joe. Mark finds the Magic Bus or something like that in Yuba City. Courtney Checks out Gift ideas for dad including a glass froster.
7am:
In this hour Mark boarded the magic bus and was feeling good. Cody talked with Shawn Ashmore about X-Men Days of Future Past. Courtney met a Mother/Daughter Mobile Boutique in Lodi. Entertainer of the year Frank Moreno will be performing at Crest this weekend and stopped by the Good Day Studio to talk about that and his PBS Special.
8am:
In this busy hour Spyro Gyra performed on the Good Day Stage. Frankie Moreno was back and taught Cody and Courtney how to dance plus he played Court's Tunes. Lovely Girl Boutique was back with a fashion show. Melissa was checking out the Color Me Run at a Galt Elementary. An 84 year old woman will be retiring today so today's #9amtopic was What I like most about my job is___
9am:
In this hour guided by Marianne and Julissa they took us through the #9amtopic. Cody was hanging with a true inspiration Ida who is retiring after 34 years. Mark was in Wheatland previewing Big Wake Weekend. Melissa got slimed at a local Galt School. Courtney was checking out Kaleidoscope convention. Spyro Gyra performed 2 more songs. Courtney's Question of the day was What song gets you in the groove and Dance Party broke out Donna Summer.

Today Fox40 previewed the Sac Brew Bike. This unique bike is big in Oregon but has made it's way to Sacramento. It takes people around town via bike for different pubs. One catch unless you get the cheat seat you have to help peddle so it will go.
Good Day:
Magic Bus:
Today Mark followed the lead or smell to Yuba City first to pick up donuts from Fresh Donuts to bribe err gather information on a strange bus with a boat for a roof seen around town. Mark found the bus a quickly became the investigative reporter he is by offering donuts to the neighbors. Once Mark made contact with the bus it was determined the bus had magic potion on board that gave the munchies. The man from Oregon enjoys "tree" and traveling the country by bus. No word why the boat but Mark was "Happy" to say the least.

Duck:
On the way to a live shot Melissa and Scott stopped off at an Elk Grove Labou where they spotted a duck walking through the parking lot. I'm not sure Labou sells duck soup so what the duck ordered is unclear.
Slimed and Colored
Today Melissa made her way to Galt and checked out the Fun Friday activities at Lake Canyon Elementary School. First she got colored for the Color Me Run to raise money for charity then slimed for students who read. Melissa is my freakin hero. I love how she gets involved.
Happy Retirement
Cody went to Rytina Cleaners as one lucky lady, Ida Dixon is retiring after 34 years at age 84. God Bless her and her retirement.
Good Day Nutshell
One thing I love about Good Day is they can be on the Magic Bus one hour and checking out boat racing with a concert the next and that is what Mark did today after leaving Yuba City by checking out Big Wake Weekend in Wheatland. Not only did they do that but Courtney was at the Kaleidoscope convention seeing all they had to offer while back in the studio one of the best jazz bands Spyro Gyra performed 3 songs on the Good Day stage and sounding GREAT each time. Plus they are from Buffalo so that got my attention even more.
Noticeably missing from today's show Ken who is headed to Texas for family, Tina, not known just think she is off today and still no Kristin Marshall sighting so hopefully she will be back soon.
Dance Party
We now have danced into the weekend as we turn the controls over to Cody, Amy and crew. With Tina off today I'm not sure if she will be on Saturday but you can count on a new edition of Dishin With Tina on Sunday.
I don't have confirmation at the time of this writing but Grape Escape is tomorrow and Good Day is a proud Sponsor of the event so I think that will be covered at some point but again I have no confirmation. However I can tell you to tune in 7-11am for an amazing 4 hours of fun then Sunday is the big show for the weekend. Nina does Napa, Adeline Guerrero performs on the Good Day stage, Colin Furze joins via Skype, We Ask Eleanor and Dish with Tina and so much more so join the fun all weekend with Cody. Amy and crew.

In this hour it was all about Friday fun. The Show and Tell led off by Cody talking about an upcoming Bill Murray Art Exhibit, Cody sharing that Aldrine Guerrero will be performing on the Good Day Stage Sunday. Aldrine plays Imagine on the Ukulele. Courtney showed that her Check this out needs to be put together. Marianne showed they cut part of Kate Upton's arm off to hide her sweat. The 5am Club members are celebrating their anniversary. Question of the day was Favorite High School Memory. Mark was getting Donuts in Yuba City before he checks out a vehicle like no other. Today's Show us yours was Boat.
6am:
A sea lion plays with a girl until she falls in today"s Daily Joe. Mark finds the Magic Bus or something like that in Yuba City. Courtney Checks out Gift ideas for dad including a glass froster.
7am:
In this hour Mark boarded the magic bus and was feeling good. Cody talked with Shawn Ashmore about X-Men Days of Future Past. Courtney met a Mother/Daughter Mobile Boutique in Lodi. Entertainer of the year Frank Moreno will be performing at Crest this weekend and stopped by the Good Day Studio to talk about that and his PBS Special.
8am:
In this busy hour Spyro Gyra performed on the Good Day Stage. Frankie Moreno was back and taught Cody and Courtney how to dance plus he played Court's Tunes. Lovely Girl Boutique was back with a fashion show. Melissa was checking out the Color Me Run at a Galt Elementary. An 84 year old woman will be retiring today so today's #9amtopic was What I like most about my job is___
9am:
In this hour guided by Marianne and Julissa they took us through the #9amtopic. Cody was hanging with a true inspiration Ida who is retiring after 34 years. Mark was in Wheatland previewing Big Wake Weekend. Melissa got slimed at a local Galt School. Courtney was checking out Kaleidoscope convention. Spyro Gyra performed 2 more songs. Courtney's Question of the day was What song gets you in the groove and Dance Party broke out Donna Summer.

Fox40:
Today Fox40 previewed the Sac Brew Bike. This unique bike is big in Oregon but has made it's way to Sacramento. It takes people around town via bike for different pubs. One catch unless you get the cheat seat you have to help peddle so it will go.
Good Day:
Magic Bus:
Today Mark followed the lead or smell to Yuba City first to pick up donuts from Fresh Donuts to bribe err gather information on a strange bus with a boat for a roof seen around town. Mark found the bus a quickly became the investigative reporter he is by offering donuts to the neighbors. Once Mark made contact with the bus it was determined the bus had magic potion on board that gave the munchies. The man from Oregon enjoys "tree" and traveling the country by bus. No word why the boat but Mark was "Happy" to say the least.

Duck:
On the way to a live shot Melissa and Scott stopped off at an Elk Grove Labou where they spotted a duck walking through the parking lot. I'm not sure Labou sells duck soup so what the duck ordered is unclear.
Slimed and Colored
Today Melissa made her way to Galt and checked out the Fun Friday activities at Lake Canyon Elementary School. First she got colored for the Color Me Run to raise money for charity then slimed for students who read. Melissa is my freakin hero. I love how she gets involved.
Happy Retirement
Cody went to Rytina Cleaners as one lucky lady, Ida Dixon is retiring after 34 years at age 84. God Bless her and her retirement.
Good Day Nutshell
One thing I love about Good Day is they can be on the Magic Bus one hour and checking out boat racing with a concert the next and that is what Mark did today after leaving Yuba City by checking out Big Wake Weekend in Wheatland. Not only did they do that but Courtney was at the Kaleidoscope convention seeing all they had to offer while back in the studio one of the best jazz bands Spyro Gyra performed 3 songs on the Good Day stage and sounding GREAT each time. Plus they are from Buffalo so that got my attention even more.
Noticeably missing from today's show Ken who is headed to Texas for family, Tina, not known just think she is off today and still no Kristin Marshall sighting so hopefully she will be back soon.
Dance Party
We now have danced into the weekend as we turn the controls over to Cody, Amy and crew. With Tina off today I'm not sure if she will be on Saturday but you can count on a new edition of Dishin With Tina on Sunday.
I don't have confirmation at the time of this writing but Grape Escape is tomorrow and Good Day is a proud Sponsor of the event so I think that will be covered at some point but again I have no confirmation. However I can tell you to tune in 7-11am for an amazing 4 hours of fun then Sunday is the big show for the weekend. Nina does Napa, Adeline Guerrero performs on the Good Day stage, Colin Furze joins via Skype, We Ask Eleanor and Dish with Tina and so much more so join the fun all weekend with Cody. Amy and crew.
