I've never been in the military nor will I ever be because the people who are it takes a very special kind of person and I am not one of those so I will never fully understand what thru go through but why must a person kill 3 Injure dozens more and himself when they are your brothers and you all have 1 common goal and that is to protect and defend our flag.
I am so sorry for the friends, families and victims from yesterday's shooting at Fort Hood.

Fox had a busy show but it was the ending that mostly caught my eye. Bethany announced that Icing on the Cupcake has reopened its Rocklin Location under new management. Also Bethany filled in for Paul on Idol Chatter. I will have my thoughts later in Final Thoughts. Sabrina talked to the Golden West AFB Band and Rick Warren from Black Expo taking place this weekend. Paul was checking out new therapy techniques at the Easter Seals.

Cody was back in e building today bringing another GREAT Show and Tell with David Hasselhoff items up for bid including a Knight Rider Golf Cart and KIT car. Mark had his News of the Weird and entertainment report that talked about Orlando Blooms son taking over the spotlight during his Hollywood Walk of Fame. Marianne's Daily list talked about great deals for April. The 5am Club Member was introduced and Today's show us yours was Throwback Thursday - Old Job edition.
6am:
Today Julissa was checking out wines at the $0.99 store. No they start at $2.99. Marianne's Daily Joe was back talking about Samuel Jackson's appearance on the Tonight Show the other night with his Slam Poem of Boy Meets World. Melissa gave a full report of her Fire Ops training from yesterday and in the 7am hour, Cody, Mark, and Ken are put to the test. Doug the Car Czar was giving tips for what to do and not do during a vehicle accident.
7am:
Julissa was in Roseville checking out viewers Scott Smith Kooky Collection of Oakland A's Bobbleheads and we met his cute 9 month old daughter. Mark, Ken, and Cody take a Firefighter challenge with Sac City Fire. Mark won both challenges first against Cody who had his hose stepped on by Ken and then Mark beat Ken. Doug was back answering car questions from Facebook viewers. Mark previewed the Play Rumors in Roseville starring Mike Mechanick who has a segment on Mark at the Movies (Mike's Rant) Mike also comes up with a lot of the Good Day commercials you see running on TV. Finally Julian from the Floor Crew sat down to talk about Captain America with Samuel Jackson.
8am:
In this hour American Idol Runner Up Bo Bice took the Good Day Stage and sounded as GREAT as ever. Melissa took 2 City Firefighters and put them through the Good Day ops after they put her the the Fire ops yesterday. Both did pretty well and made it pretty funny. Marianne talked with Jennifer Lombardi about an eating disorder bracelet that kids are wearing. This is and should be a warning sign to parents. Doug answered more questions from viewers. The 9amtopic was introduced. I don't care what it cost but I want it.
9am:
In this hour Laura, Julissa and Mark took us through the 9amtopic but also Cody joined them to talk to KNCI's Pat and Tom who also joined in to talk to Country Music Heart Throb Luke Bryan about the ACM Awards this Sunday on CBS. Bo Bice took the stage to perform another song. Our 2 City Firefighters tried to cover the Truck Tracker Desk. Tina talked with Dina Mondavi about the Progressive Dinner at the Mondavi Estates. Ken's Manly Minute talked about Classic Pin up models. Gina from ThriftTown was back this week with how to make Chandelier Plant holders. Tina's final question of the day was I wish it was Free?

I cut that special announcement in the final thoughts because it came late and I wanted get the word out.
Today's shows covered a lot of different things. On My58 one thing they drove home is NOT to text and drive and if you do CHP will pull you over and you will not be a happy person when the fine comes. Just don't do it and you won't have anything to worry about it.
On Fox it was a very busy day as well but the one Thursday morning segment I look forward to is Idol Chatter. Yes, I agree this show is hanging on by a thread but if you get the people like Bo Bice who was runner up to Carrie Underwood come through town that's pretty cool. More on that later. Back to this season. Paul went to Easter Seals so Bethany stood in for Paul. That's great but Bethany doesn't give her opinion which I would prefer instead she gives Paul's opinion which makes the segment odd to me. Anyway This week Paul thinks CJ is going home. MoJo from Modesto thinks Jessica. Both agree Alex was the BEST last night. For me I think Dexter goes home and as much as I like Caleb I agree Alex was the BEST of the night and I am not an Alex fan.
Today on Good Day it seems like it had a bit of a Country theme. Maybe it was Country Music heart throb Luke Bryan who had all the girls on and behind the scenes of Good Day giddy. Maybe it was Bo Bice who is from Alabama taking the stage and bringing that twang in his voice we all loved when he competed on American Idol with his Southern Rock style. Though today his songs were very spiritual, or maybe it's the fact that Mark, Ken, Cody and 2 City Firefighters have won the title for today's Today in the News which comes from a Country Song. But either way today's show was one of my favorites.
With all that above we also got Julissa drinking $0.99 Store wine, she checked out a Kooky Collector who collects A's Bobbleheads,
Mark along with Cody in Studio always make for a fun day. I especially loved Cody's Show and Tells with David Hasselhoff auction items.
Melissa makes things better as well. Showing what she learned at Fire Ops Training yesterday brought back so many memories from the time I took ROP Fire Science in High School. I wish I had the video of our class that we put together of all the training we did plus spending time in the Fire Stations each week was one of the coolest things I have ever done and my station I was assigned to was City 19 where Firefighter Chris is from that went through Good Day ops with Melissa today plus coming from a Firefighter family makes it even more cooler for me to see all they do and Cody, Ken, and Mark taking the challenge.
The other thing I love is Gina from ThriftTown. She always has GREAT ideas and today's DIY ideas was pretty cool and a GREAT gift for Easter or your mom on Mothers Day.
Overall the shows did well today but tomorrow I am going to keep it to Good Day and Fox40 only. I went to take a break from My58 with the regulars off this week not that I don't love Mae though.
So what is ahead for this next 3 days on Good Day? Still no confirmation on this Sunday's Dishin With Tina but still holding out I think it will be Audrey.

Fox had a busy show but it was the ending that mostly caught my eye. Bethany announced that Icing on the Cupcake has reopened its Rocklin Location under new management. Also Bethany filled in for Paul on Idol Chatter. I will have my thoughts later in Final Thoughts. Sabrina talked to the Golden West AFB Band and Rick Warren from Black Expo taking place this weekend. Paul was checking out new therapy techniques at the Easter Seals.

Cody was back in e building today bringing another GREAT Show and Tell with David Hasselhoff items up for bid including a Knight Rider Golf Cart and KIT car. Mark had his News of the Weird and entertainment report that talked about Orlando Blooms son taking over the spotlight during his Hollywood Walk of Fame. Marianne's Daily list talked about great deals for April. The 5am Club Member was introduced and Today's show us yours was Throwback Thursday - Old Job edition.
6am:
Today Julissa was checking out wines at the $0.99 store. No they start at $2.99. Marianne's Daily Joe was back talking about Samuel Jackson's appearance on the Tonight Show the other night with his Slam Poem of Boy Meets World. Melissa gave a full report of her Fire Ops training from yesterday and in the 7am hour, Cody, Mark, and Ken are put to the test. Doug the Car Czar was giving tips for what to do and not do during a vehicle accident.
7am:
Julissa was in Roseville checking out viewers Scott Smith Kooky Collection of Oakland A's Bobbleheads and we met his cute 9 month old daughter. Mark, Ken, and Cody take a Firefighter challenge with Sac City Fire. Mark won both challenges first against Cody who had his hose stepped on by Ken and then Mark beat Ken. Doug was back answering car questions from Facebook viewers. Mark previewed the Play Rumors in Roseville starring Mike Mechanick who has a segment on Mark at the Movies (Mike's Rant) Mike also comes up with a lot of the Good Day commercials you see running on TV. Finally Julian from the Floor Crew sat down to talk about Captain America with Samuel Jackson.
8am:
In this hour American Idol Runner Up Bo Bice took the Good Day Stage and sounded as GREAT as ever. Melissa took 2 City Firefighters and put them through the Good Day ops after they put her the the Fire ops yesterday. Both did pretty well and made it pretty funny. Marianne talked with Jennifer Lombardi about an eating disorder bracelet that kids are wearing. This is and should be a warning sign to parents. Doug answered more questions from viewers. The 9amtopic was introduced. I don't care what it cost but I want it.
9am:
In this hour Laura, Julissa and Mark took us through the 9amtopic but also Cody joined them to talk to KNCI's Pat and Tom who also joined in to talk to Country Music Heart Throb Luke Bryan about the ACM Awards this Sunday on CBS. Bo Bice took the stage to perform another song. Our 2 City Firefighters tried to cover the Truck Tracker Desk. Tina talked with Dina Mondavi about the Progressive Dinner at the Mondavi Estates. Ken's Manly Minute talked about Classic Pin up models. Gina from ThriftTown was back this week with how to make Chandelier Plant holders. Tina's final question of the day was I wish it was Free?

I cut that special announcement in the final thoughts because it came late and I wanted get the word out.
Today's shows covered a lot of different things. On My58 one thing they drove home is NOT to text and drive and if you do CHP will pull you over and you will not be a happy person when the fine comes. Just don't do it and you won't have anything to worry about it.
On Fox it was a very busy day as well but the one Thursday morning segment I look forward to is Idol Chatter. Yes, I agree this show is hanging on by a thread but if you get the people like Bo Bice who was runner up to Carrie Underwood come through town that's pretty cool. More on that later. Back to this season. Paul went to Easter Seals so Bethany stood in for Paul. That's great but Bethany doesn't give her opinion which I would prefer instead she gives Paul's opinion which makes the segment odd to me. Anyway This week Paul thinks CJ is going home. MoJo from Modesto thinks Jessica. Both agree Alex was the BEST last night. For me I think Dexter goes home and as much as I like Caleb I agree Alex was the BEST of the night and I am not an Alex fan.
Today on Good Day it seems like it had a bit of a Country theme. Maybe it was Country Music heart throb Luke Bryan who had all the girls on and behind the scenes of Good Day giddy. Maybe it was Bo Bice who is from Alabama taking the stage and bringing that twang in his voice we all loved when he competed on American Idol with his Southern Rock style. Though today his songs were very spiritual, or maybe it's the fact that Mark, Ken, Cody and 2 City Firefighters have won the title for today's Today in the News which comes from a Country Song. But either way today's show was one of my favorites.
With all that above we also got Julissa drinking $0.99 Store wine, she checked out a Kooky Collector who collects A's Bobbleheads,
Mark along with Cody in Studio always make for a fun day. I especially loved Cody's Show and Tells with David Hasselhoff auction items.
Melissa makes things better as well. Showing what she learned at Fire Ops Training yesterday brought back so many memories from the time I took ROP Fire Science in High School. I wish I had the video of our class that we put together of all the training we did plus spending time in the Fire Stations each week was one of the coolest things I have ever done and my station I was assigned to was City 19 where Firefighter Chris is from that went through Good Day ops with Melissa today plus coming from a Firefighter family makes it even more cooler for me to see all they do and Cody, Ken, and Mark taking the challenge.
The other thing I love is Gina from ThriftTown. She always has GREAT ideas and today's DIY ideas was pretty cool and a GREAT gift for Easter or your mom on Mothers Day.
Overall the shows did well today but tomorrow I am going to keep it to Good Day and Fox40 only. I went to take a break from My58 with the regulars off this week not that I don't love Mae though.
So what is ahead for this next 3 days on Good Day? Still no confirmation on this Sunday's Dishin With Tina but still holding out I think it will be Audrey.
