Opening Statement:
I was planning on talking about Fix 50 today but decided that today is Friday so lets make it fun plus in 2 days it is Easter Sunday and I am planning on sharing some Easter Stories including some Good Day Highlights of Easter's gone by. With no kids and my niece away at school Easter isn't as much fun for me as it once was. I don't eat candy plus my brother is working so no family Easter Dinner but I will enjoy my mom's cooking who always does a ham for Easter. Which reminds me of yet another story I will save for the weekend. (Tease)

On this Friday we have 2 special birthdays. First Melissa Cabral is celebrating plus in Show and Tell Courtney talked about her daughter Mariah celebrating as well. Happy Birthday to both of them. Cody joined in talking about the lil hydrant that helped save San Francisco's Mission District by painting it gold during the 1906 earthquake. In the late edition a viewer sent a picture of his hats on the wall after Marianne said she didn't like them. The 5am Club Members were introduced. Today's Question of the Day was what are you bringing to a camping trip. Marianne's Daily talked about how married couples can learn from kids.

In this hour Julissa was talking to the Queen of the Folsom Rodeo from Sacramento Horseman's Association as they get set for the Folsom Rodeo in July. Marianne and Ken talked to Raleys about Easter Mimosas. Might John the Record Guy joined via Skype to talk Old TV Stars who's records are selling well from $100-$5000. Marianne had her Daily Joe that had one man dancing to Crazy in Love.

Mighty John was back this hour appraising viewers records. Julissa rode a horse. Mark was lin Livingston checking out the grass and farm that provides field turf for many Major Sports teams including the New Levi Stadium in Santa Clara Home of the SF 49'ers. Mark also sat with Johnny Depp about his new film Transcendence.

Courtney was at UC Davis where she was talking about Food recovery and how it helps give back to hungry and provides electricity to school. Laura and Julissa guided us through the final 9am hour of the week and today's #9amtopic. Mark continued from Livingston checking out the grass provided to Levi Stadium. Nancy Bradley was in the studio answering viewers questions. Courtney continued from UC Davis talking about Food Recovery Network. Tina was checking out a new Sushi restaurant in Midtown Jensai Sushi that is run by a brother and sister. Ken's Manly Minute talked about Gift Baskets for men including a case of beer basket. The final question of the day was Ugh!!! That just gets to me?

Today on Good Day it was a light day that had a couple of fill spots. 2 stories planned but not covered could make appearances next week for at least one of them, those being Video Game Design Club. The Salvation Army Sacramento is opening up a video game design club for middle school students.

It was great seeing Mighty John the Record guy again today. I wish I had my old records. They all got destroyed in my old house. I am willing to bet they or at least a couple would be worth money.
It was nice to see Lori back from her vacation today covering for Sean who is no doubt helping Melissa celebrate her birthday on an undisclosed beach.
How GREAT was it to see Julissa ride a horse today? She looked really well and in time maybe she will be riding in the derby. Okay maybe not.
Mark was in Livingston all morning checking out field turf and talking Transcendence which you can see more on this weekend on Mark at the Movies on CW at 430am Saturday / 11pm Sunday/ Reelzchannel at a Special time of 730am Saturday. ALL TIMES PST. Set your DVR's now.
It seemed like a pretty light day today maybe because it's Good Friday or just one of those day but nonetheless we danced into the weekend so now we turn the controls over to Cody and Amy to guide us through Easter and Saturday of course. Today on Fox they talked to California Confection about how they make chocolate and how much they will be selling for Easter. Ten 22 was in the kitchen making Crab Omelets.

On this Friday we have 2 special birthdays. First Melissa Cabral is celebrating plus in Show and Tell Courtney talked about her daughter Mariah celebrating as well. Happy Birthday to both of them. Cody joined in talking about the lil hydrant that helped save San Francisco's Mission District by painting it gold during the 1906 earthquake. In the late edition a viewer sent a picture of his hats on the wall after Marianne said she didn't like them. The 5am Club Members were introduced. Today's Question of the Day was what are you bringing to a camping trip. Marianne's Daily talked about how married couples can learn from kids.
6am:
In this hour Julissa was talking to the Queen of the Folsom Rodeo from Sacramento Horseman's Association as they get set for the Folsom Rodeo in July. Marianne and Ken talked to Raleys about Easter Mimosas. Might John the Record Guy joined via Skype to talk Old TV Stars who's records are selling well from $100-$5000. Marianne had her Daily Joe that had one man dancing to Crazy in Love.
7am:
Mighty John was back this hour appraising viewers records. Julissa rode a horse. Mark was lin Livingston checking out the grass and farm that provides field turf for many Major Sports teams including the New Levi Stadium in Santa Clara Home of the SF 49'ers. Mark also sat with Johnny Depp about his new film Transcendence.
8am:
Mark continued from West Coast Turf checking out their grass. Courtney was at UC Davis where she was talking about Food recovery and how it helps give back to hungry and provides electricity to school. Mark also sat down with Rebecca Hall for the movie Transcendence. Teens Tunes was played with 1979 theme. The #9amtopic was introduced. Today's topic If I had $3 I would break?
9am:
Laura and Julissa guided us through the final 9am hour of the week and today's #9amtopic. Mark continued from Livingston checking out the grass provided to Levi Stadium. Nancy Bradley was in the studio answering viewers questions. Courtney continued from UC Davis talking about Food Recovery Network. Tina was checking out a new Sushi restaurant in Midtown Jensai Sushi that is run by a brother and sister. Ken's Manly Minute talked about Gift Baskets for men including a case of beer basket. The final question of the day was Ugh!!! That just gets to me?

Today on Fox40 Bethany and Paul both off meant that Eric and Sabrina had the controls and they talked about Easter candy from California Confection and then Ten 22 came into the kitchen to talk about Sunday Brunch and Crab Omelets. Space still available for Easter so get in now.
Today on Good Day it was a light day that had a couple of fill spots. 2 stories planned but not covered could make appearances next week for at least one of them, those being Video Game Design Club. The Salvation Army Sacramento is opening up a video game design club for middle school students.

I won't plan on seeing this story since it takes place today but wanted to add it for something to do if you are interested.
It was great seeing Mighty John the Record guy again today. I wish I had my old records. They all got destroyed in my old house. I am willing to bet they or at least a couple would be worth money.
It was nice to see Lori back from her vacation today covering for Sean who is no doubt helping Melissa celebrate her birthday on an undisclosed beach.
How GREAT was it to see Julissa ride a horse today? She looked really well and in time maybe she will be riding in the derby. Okay maybe not.
Mark was in Livingston all morning checking out field turf and talking Transcendence which you can see more on this weekend on Mark at the Movies on CW at 430am Saturday / 11pm Sunday/ Reelzchannel at a Special time of 730am Saturday. ALL TIMES PST. Set your DVR's now.
It seemed like a pretty light day today maybe because it's Good Friday or just one of those day but nonetheless we danced into the weekend so now we turn the controls over to Cody and Amy to guide us through Easter and Saturday of course.
