With an awful showing toward the bottom came Cuban Fury. Look for Transcendence to finish in the top 3 next week that stars Johnny Depp.

On My58 they talked about one Roseville neighborhood getting a roundabout. With schools off for Spring Break Vandelism goes up so today on My58 they gave tips to spot it. Also a new consumer report on high chairs.
Fox40:
As you know 24 one of my favorite shows is coming back to Fox so all this week they are giving a code word for a trip to New York to see the Premier. Today's Monday so Sabrina had Don't Be that Guy plus KAIA Fit was on the Patio giving core tips. Also on Monday it's Ask a Vet and with Easter next Sunday Bunnies are a hot topic for pets. She gave tips on proper care. This Saturday is Chili and Beer Fest in Sacramento at 1pm.
Good Day Sacramento:
430/5am:
Today started of different. It was believed after Friday Ken would not be in but he in fact was there however Marianne was not as well as Courtney. So who does traffic when Courtney is not there? Tina. So Tina comes back a day earlier and she participated in Show and Tell where she talked about planting her garden over the weekend and then showed Cal Trans pictures of the Bay Bridge before it opened. Mark gave his News of the Weird that included one woman who stole wine without wearing pants. The Lunar Eclipse tonight has everyone talking so Ken talked to an expert from NASA. The 5am Club Member was introduced and today's Show us yours Sweats because Amy is conducting an experiment.
6am:
In this hour Amy put the Sweat experiment to the test. I will have much more on this in final thoughts. Mark and Ken talked to actress Valerie Harper about her new show airing on Hallmark Channel. Ken and Mark also talked to tax expert about Tax Day. Melissa was in Roseville having fun with Easter Eggs at Bounce U.
7am:
In this hour Ken left for Jury Duty so Julissa and Mark covered the desk while Melissa was getting Spring break ideas from Bounce U Camp for kids. Mark and Julissa talked to Terry from AT&T Modesto about 3000 jobs opening up. Amy continued her sweatpant survey from Starbucks in West Sacramento. Julissa got password tips from Nerds on Call.
8am:
In this hour Julissa continued with Nerds on call on how to keep those unwanted apps off your devices. Amy got dressed up and headed to an accessory event with Stella and Dot where they can teach you how to change your look in minutes tonight at 530 and the event is FREE!!!! Mark was hanging out with Sac State Gymnastics while one is headed to Nationals. Tina and Julissa talked to Norm who is walking to New Jersey from San Francisco to raise awareness for Childhood cancer. Be sure to like/follow on Facebook and Twitter for his journey. The 9amtopic was introduced. Today's topic I learned my lesson when? Teen's Tunes was played and Laura cleaned house but Julissa did get one.
9am:
In this hour Laura and Julissa took us through the hour and today's #9amtopic as well as having Trending Topics that included a Connecticut mansion with 12 bedrooms selling for $120 million. Amy continued getting accessory tips from Stella and Dot. Mark learned to moonwalk on the balance beam at Sac State before heading to the Fabulous 40's neighborhood to talk about the MTV movie awards. With Courtney off Tina handled the post award fashion forum. Melissa was at Anna's in Elk Grove learning to spin yarn. Tina's final question was What are you competitive at?
Final Thoughts:
My58 is on Spring Break today because I was bored. Do you know how many roundabouts go in each day that never get talked about? But I know you need something so props to you.
Fox40 talked about Chili and Beer Fest but didn't give much details other than it was this Saturday at 1pm and Sabrina is the emcee. Ask a vet was good for kids with or wanting a bunny. KAIA fit is always good but I would like to see something geared toward men if possible once. Don't be that Guy is always one of my favorite segments from Sabrina. Today was no different. GREAT Tips.
I promise you I will get to the Sweatpants debate but first I want to talk about the other parts of the show.
Melissa was checking out Bounce U Camp a GREAT fun place to take your kids during Spring Break in Roseville including a blind easter egg hunt. After Melissa did this she headed to Elk Grove to learn how to spin yarn from Anna's Yarn Shoppe.
Ken was there for the firs 2.5 hours before he had to leave for Jury Duty. He may or may not be back until tomorrow. However before he left did talk to a NASA Expert about the eclipse. Talked taxes with a Tax Expert and to Valerie Harper about her new show. Plus he was beat out in Show and Tell for who had the better weekend. Tina won today. Why was Tina there on a Monday? Courtney and Marianne both had the day off.
Mark was in and out today first giving us News of the Weird where one woman stole wine without pants on. I don't know where she put it. After Ken left Mark put on CBS's Maria Medina's pink sweats why? I don't know. Then he went to Sac State to talk to one gymnast who is going to Nationals before giving his MTV movie recap.
Julissa loves apps so who better to talk to Nerds on Call than Julissa about passwords and unwanted apps. Julissa and Tina also talked to Norm who's on a walking journey to raise awareness for Childhood cancer. By the way I loved having Tina in on a Monday but I also love her on the weekend show.
Amy: I love Amy but I have to get this out. So not blaming Amy this was a bad study by Harvard but did make for some good TV on a Monday morning Good Day Sacramento.
All the shows did okay but My58 brought the bore factor and Paul is on vacation on Fox. We will see what's ahead tomorrow on Good Day Sacramento at 430am and for the rest of the week we can look forward to....

On My58 they talked about one Roseville neighborhood getting a roundabout. With schools off for Spring Break Vandelism goes up so today on My58 they gave tips to spot it. Also a new consumer report on high chairs.
Fox40:
As you know 24 one of my favorite shows is coming back to Fox so all this week they are giving a code word for a trip to New York to see the Premier. Today's Monday so Sabrina had Don't Be that Guy plus KAIA Fit was on the Patio giving core tips. Also on Monday it's Ask a Vet and with Easter next Sunday Bunnies are a hot topic for pets. She gave tips on proper care. This Saturday is Chili and Beer Fest in Sacramento at 1pm.
Good Day Sacramento:
430/5am:
Today started of different. It was believed after Friday Ken would not be in but he in fact was there however Marianne was not as well as Courtney. So who does traffic when Courtney is not there? Tina. So Tina comes back a day earlier and she participated in Show and Tell where she talked about planting her garden over the weekend and then showed Cal Trans pictures of the Bay Bridge before it opened. Mark gave his News of the Weird that included one woman who stole wine without wearing pants. The Lunar Eclipse tonight has everyone talking so Ken talked to an expert from NASA. The 5am Club Member was introduced and today's Show us yours Sweats because Amy is conducting an experiment.
6am:
In this hour Amy put the Sweat experiment to the test. I will have much more on this in final thoughts. Mark and Ken talked to actress Valerie Harper about her new show airing on Hallmark Channel. Ken and Mark also talked to tax expert about Tax Day. Melissa was in Roseville having fun with Easter Eggs at Bounce U.
7am:
In this hour Ken left for Jury Duty so Julissa and Mark covered the desk while Melissa was getting Spring break ideas from Bounce U Camp for kids. Mark and Julissa talked to Terry from AT&T Modesto about 3000 jobs opening up. Amy continued her sweatpant survey from Starbucks in West Sacramento. Julissa got password tips from Nerds on Call.
8am:
In this hour Julissa continued with Nerds on call on how to keep those unwanted apps off your devices. Amy got dressed up and headed to an accessory event with Stella and Dot where they can teach you how to change your look in minutes tonight at 530 and the event is FREE!!!! Mark was hanging out with Sac State Gymnastics while one is headed to Nationals. Tina and Julissa talked to Norm who is walking to New Jersey from San Francisco to raise awareness for Childhood cancer. Be sure to like/follow on Facebook and Twitter for his journey. The 9amtopic was introduced. Today's topic I learned my lesson when? Teen's Tunes was played and Laura cleaned house but Julissa did get one.
9am:
In this hour Laura and Julissa took us through the hour and today's #9amtopic as well as having Trending Topics that included a Connecticut mansion with 12 bedrooms selling for $120 million. Amy continued getting accessory tips from Stella and Dot. Mark learned to moonwalk on the balance beam at Sac State before heading to the Fabulous 40's neighborhood to talk about the MTV movie awards. With Courtney off Tina handled the post award fashion forum. Melissa was at Anna's in Elk Grove learning to spin yarn. Tina's final question was What are you competitive at?
Final Thoughts:
My58 is on Spring Break today because I was bored. Do you know how many roundabouts go in each day that never get talked about? But I know you need something so props to you.
Fox40 talked about Chili and Beer Fest but didn't give much details other than it was this Saturday at 1pm and Sabrina is the emcee. Ask a vet was good for kids with or wanting a bunny. KAIA fit is always good but I would like to see something geared toward men if possible once. Don't be that Guy is always one of my favorite segments from Sabrina. Today was no different. GREAT Tips.
I promise you I will get to the Sweatpants debate but first I want to talk about the other parts of the show.
Melissa was checking out Bounce U Camp a GREAT fun place to take your kids during Spring Break in Roseville including a blind easter egg hunt. After Melissa did this she headed to Elk Grove to learn how to spin yarn from Anna's Yarn Shoppe.
Ken was there for the firs 2.5 hours before he had to leave for Jury Duty. He may or may not be back until tomorrow. However before he left did talk to a NASA Expert about the eclipse. Talked taxes with a Tax Expert and to Valerie Harper about her new show. Plus he was beat out in Show and Tell for who had the better weekend. Tina won today. Why was Tina there on a Monday? Courtney and Marianne both had the day off.
Mark was in and out today first giving us News of the Weird where one woman stole wine without pants on. I don't know where she put it. After Ken left Mark put on CBS's Maria Medina's pink sweats why? I don't know. Then he went to Sac State to talk to one gymnast who is going to Nationals before giving his MTV movie recap.
Julissa loves apps so who better to talk to Nerds on Call than Julissa about passwords and unwanted apps. Julissa and Tina also talked to Norm who's on a walking journey to raise awareness for Childhood cancer. By the way I loved having Tina in on a Monday but I also love her on the weekend show.
Amy: I love Amy but I have to get this out. So not blaming Amy this was a bad study by Harvard but did make for some good TV on a Monday morning Good Day Sacramento.
All the shows did okay but My58 brought the bore factor and Paul is on vacation on Fox. We will see what's ahead tomorrow on Good Day Sacramento at 430am and for the rest of the week we can look forward to....
