Opening Statement:
Last Night I was a subject of Cyber Bullying for my love, passion and found happiness of watching and talking about Good Day Sacramento. With apologies to all the people that care about me and know my situation of living with depression due to having a brain/eye tumor this is not directed at you but more of a thank you for being there for me. I know that I love this show more than most but if it was not for the show with the likes of Cody Stark Mark S. Allen Tina Macuha Courtney Dempsey Lori Wallace Melissa, Sean, Amy, Marianne, Julissa, Kristin Marshall Cambi Brown Audrey Asistio Kenneth Rudulph Producer Tessa Outhyse and others behind the scenes like Don Smith, and my Best Friend in the world Christy I would not be here today. My family is also very important to me though I may not talk about them publicly they are always there when I need them. I understand that when you are in the public eye you will face many forms of criticism but one thing I am not is a weirdo or a stalker. Yes I love these people above like family because for 7 days a week they basically hang out in my living room for the 4/5+ hours a day they're on to make me forget my problems and not think about the pains I deal with each day. But I also know they help others like Janet Piper Dan Engebretsen Barbara Miller Jenn Brian and Ruben Rubio, Angie Larson to name a few. What I don't think people realize is Cyber Bullying is very hurtful and sometimes can hurt more than being hit or kicked. As my mom taught me at very young age it is important to remember to "Think before you say, because your words can hurt" So if you want to attack me you can attack me but know your facts before you speak and know that if you send someone who suffers from depression over the edge then those words can cause GREAT damage to them. Thank you again for all those who choose to stick with me while I go through the difficult time in life but let me enjoy the show and people I love including those at Mark at the Movies like Rachel Greninger Anna Wesselman Heather Brent Mike Osborn BigAl Sams and Brian Crall while I still can and my Favorite radio people Nina Hajian and Cody Briana as well as Mark from Now 100.5 fm while I still can. Thank you and have a GREAT rest of your day but through it all know that I cannot not be defeated. I've been to Hell and they threw me back.
When I posted this message on Facebook last night I never thought the response from friends, and Good Day folks on this would be a great as they are. I appreciate each and everyone of you for being there to pick me up and to show the bully you can knock me down but for every time you knock me down you are going to have to knock others down with me because they stand with me and not with you. I can't be defeated because my support team is stronger than you and each time you knock me down I know I can get back up again.

It's a full moon on a Friday and its the 13th. The last time this occurred was 1919 and the next time is not until August 2049. Ken's Show and Tell talked about a couple who built a house on wheels and Sean got in on the act with his shirt that looks like it came from the Luke Duke Collection. Sean even did a butt slide across the hood of the Live Truck. Tina Archuleta was the 5am Club Member. Marianne's Daily list talked about facts about the flag for Flag Day tomorrow. Mark's New of the Weird had students doing a belly flop in a pool for scholarships. Today's Show us Yours was World Cup Gear and the Question of the day was Who would you sit with at a World Cup game. One other story from this hour is you can rent a Floating Hot Tub in San Diego for $215 an hour. Ken and Tina say that's expensive, Amy thinks that is a GREAT price. Sorry Amy I agree with Ken and Tina, I can find better things to spend $215 on.
6am:
In this hour Melissa was breaking all the rules of Superstitions. She broke a mirror, walked under a ladder opened an umbrella inside and more. In this hour Melissa was at a Garage Sale for a cause in Rocklin. The proceeds made today and tomorrow between 8-2pm ALL go to Breast Cancer. Mark along with Tina, Ken and Marianne helped performed the Time Warp Dance to preview the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Marianne, Ken, and Mark talked with a local Stockton woman who showed the miniature Stockton Water Front that can be seen tomorrow. Mark talked about Bill Murray crashing a Wedding Proposal Picture. Can Janet Jackson just crash a any picture with me in please. Amy was at Jesuit High School as their Robotic team gets set to head to Michigan for the ROV Competition. The only thing missing from these underwater vessels was Aquaman and/or the GI Joe Deep Sea Diver.
8am:
Get CUP CRAZY!!! This hour La Cordon Bleu was in studio making authentic Brazilian dishes. Melissa was at Fiddyment Farms checking out how to cook with and make pistachio ice cream. Sheryl Underwood from CBS The View was in Studio before she heads to Tommy T's tonight and tomorrow. Neon Hitch will be at the Pride events tomorrow but today she performed on the Good Day Stage. Teens Tunes was played. Amy went to camp. Camp Kindness at the SPCA to learn more about what the kids will learn on how to care for and play with pets. The #9amtopic is a different type today. This was a very special hour of Good Day. For it's #9amtopic Moms on Call Brittany Conroy answered viewers questions. Amy gave a dog a bath at SPCA Camp Kindness. Neon Hitch performed 2 more songs in this hour. The final song was the dance party song. Mark was at a World Cup Viewing party at Zocalo for Mexico's match. Ken and Julissa talked with Malik about he and his group Silkhouse Collective and the mural painting they did in Stockton. No Manly Minute or Final Question.

We all heard Once in a Blue Moon but today we learned of a Strawberry moon. It doesn't happen very often when the moon is full and appears on Friday the 13th. The last time was 1919 and the next time will be August 2049. I wasn't alive for the 1919 and most likely won't be for 2049 but I learned something today.
Luke Duke:
Today on Good Day starting in the 5am hour of the Part 2 Edition of Show and Tell Ken pointed out Sean's shirt looked like Luke Dukes from the Dukes of Hazards. Sean actually agreed because it really does look like it and even slid across the Live Truck Hood before jumping in Mobile 13 via the window just like the General Lee from the show.
ROV:
Amy hung out with the smart kids of Jesuit HS as they prepare to go to a ROV Robotic competition in Michigan. These kids built underwater robots to compete. The only thing missing was Aquaman or the GI Joe Deep Sea Diver. Good Luck kids.
Sheryl:
You can see her on CBS The View each weekday but now see the uncut Sheryl Underwood tonight and tomorrow at Tommy T's in Rancho Cordova. This very funny actor/comedian/Talk Show host will be performing 2 shows this weekend at Tommy T's but she first stopped by the studio for some Good Day Fun.
Neon:
Neon Hitch who has written/performed with many top acts will be the headline tomorrow at the Pride event in Sacramento. The event kicks off tomorrow at 11 and Neon will be performing around 3PM. Neon has performed with acts like Kesha, Bruno Mars and more.
Moms on Call:
Today was a very special 9am hour on Good Day. Brittany Conroy from Moms on Call was in studio to answer viewer questions from moms with Newborns to 4 years old. This Nationwide group of RN's help mothers with potty training, behavioral and of course all things illness. Brittany is based out of San Francisco. This group also has written self help books and they do housecalls.

GOALLLL:
GET CUP CRAZY!!! Today on Good Day Mark did just that, First the SAP booth gave a 1 minute preview of the Brazil Goal yesterday even though they started to lose steam with about 20 seconds left but in the 9am hour Mark was at Zocalo for the Mexican Match of the World Cup having a good time with all those in attendance. Each Mexico match can be seen here and De Vere's will have all the USA matches.
Camp:
Today Amy was at the SPCA previewing the Camp Kindness for kids. At this camp they learn how to properly care for the dogs, cats, snakes and more. Including giving your dog a bath.
Rocky:
When I first moved here from NY they had a theater called The Sacramento Inn. This theater sat behind Arden Fair Mall and next to a hotel. If you wanted to see Top stupid just bad movies this was the place to go. From Joystick, Hot Dog, etc. you could go here. However they also showed Pretty in Pink with Molly Ringwald and Cheech and Chong Nice Dreams to name a few but it was Friday or Saturday nights that had many in Sacramento flock to this theater with the live show of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Due to age I never went but was well aware of what I was missing. Today on Good Day an update version is back this time at the Colonial Theater in Sacramento on June 28th at 10PM.
Nuts:
With love what better Good Day person to send to check out pistachios than BEST Nut of the bunch Melissa. Today she was at Fiddyment Farms checking out all the things you can make with this nut. She even tried homemade pistachio Ice Cream and love it.

Now that Neon helped us dance into the weekend we turn the controls over to Amy, Melissa, Lori and crew as Cody continues on the Cody Tour through the Southern States. As viewers and supporters we need to continue watching the show all weekend. It's a full moon on a Friday and its the 13th. The last time this occurred was 1919 and the next time is not until August 2049. Ken's Show and Tell talked about a couple who built a house on wheels and Sean got in on the act with his shirt that looks like it came from the Luke Duke Collection. Sean even did a butt slide across the hood of the Live Truck. Tina Archuleta was the 5am Club Member. Marianne's Daily list talked about facts about the flag for Flag Day tomorrow. Mark's New of the Weird had students doing a belly flop in a pool for scholarships. Today's Show us Yours was World Cup Gear and the Question of the day was Who would you sit with at a World Cup game. One other story from this hour is you can rent a Floating Hot Tub in San Diego for $215 an hour. Ken and Tina say that's expensive, Amy thinks that is a GREAT price. Sorry Amy I agree with Ken and Tina, I can find better things to spend $215 on.
6am:
In this hour Melissa was breaking all the rules of Superstitions. She broke a mirror, walked under a ladder opened an umbrella inside and more. In this hour Melissa was at a Garage Sale for a cause in Rocklin. The proceeds made today and tomorrow between 8-2pm ALL go to Breast Cancer. Mark along with Tina, Ken and Marianne helped performed the Time Warp Dance to preview the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Marianne, Ken, and Mark talked with a local Stockton woman who showed the miniature Stockton Water Front that can be seen tomorrow. Mark talked about Bill Murray crashing a Wedding Proposal Picture. Can Janet Jackson just crash a any picture with me in please. Amy was at Jesuit High School as their Robotic team gets set to head to Michigan for the ROV Competition. The only thing missing from these underwater vessels was Aquaman and/or the GI Joe Deep Sea Diver.

Get CUP CRAZY!!! This hour La Cordon Bleu was in studio making authentic Brazilian dishes. Melissa was at Fiddyment Farms checking out how to cook with and make pistachio ice cream. Sheryl Underwood from CBS The View was in Studio before she heads to Tommy T's tonight and tomorrow. Neon Hitch will be at the Pride events tomorrow but today she performed on the Good Day Stage. Teens Tunes was played. Amy went to camp. Camp Kindness at the SPCA to learn more about what the kids will learn on how to care for and play with pets. The #9amtopic is a different type today. This was a very special hour of Good Day. For it's #9amtopic Moms on Call Brittany Conroy answered viewers questions. Amy gave a dog a bath at SPCA Camp Kindness. Neon Hitch performed 2 more songs in this hour. The final song was the dance party song. Mark was at a World Cup Viewing party at Zocalo for Mexico's match. Ken and Julissa talked with Malik about he and his group Silkhouse Collective and the mural painting they did in Stockton. No Manly Minute or Final Question.

We all heard Once in a Blue Moon but today we learned of a Strawberry moon. It doesn't happen very often when the moon is full and appears on Friday the 13th. The last time was 1919 and the next time will be August 2049. I wasn't alive for the 1919 and most likely won't be for 2049 but I learned something today.
Luke Duke:
Today on Good Day starting in the 5am hour of the Part 2 Edition of Show and Tell Ken pointed out Sean's shirt looked like Luke Dukes from the Dukes of Hazards. Sean actually agreed because it really does look like it and even slid across the Live Truck Hood before jumping in Mobile 13 via the window just like the General Lee from the show.
ROV:
Amy hung out with the smart kids of Jesuit HS as they prepare to go to a ROV Robotic competition in Michigan. These kids built underwater robots to compete. The only thing missing was Aquaman or the GI Joe Deep Sea Diver. Good Luck kids.
Sheryl:
You can see her on CBS The View each weekday but now see the uncut Sheryl Underwood tonight and tomorrow at Tommy T's in Rancho Cordova. This very funny actor/comedian/Talk Show host will be performing 2 shows this weekend at Tommy T's but she first stopped by the studio for some Good Day Fun.
Neon:
Neon Hitch who has written/performed with many top acts will be the headline tomorrow at the Pride event in Sacramento. The event kicks off tomorrow at 11 and Neon will be performing around 3PM. Neon has performed with acts like Kesha, Bruno Mars and more.
Moms on Call:
Today was a very special 9am hour on Good Day. Brittany Conroy from Moms on Call was in studio to answer viewer questions from moms with Newborns to 4 years old. This Nationwide group of RN's help mothers with potty training, behavioral and of course all things illness. Brittany is based out of San Francisco. This group also has written self help books and they do housecalls.

GOALLLL:
GET CUP CRAZY!!! Today on Good Day Mark did just that, First the SAP booth gave a 1 minute preview of the Brazil Goal yesterday even though they started to lose steam with about 20 seconds left but in the 9am hour Mark was at Zocalo for the Mexican Match of the World Cup having a good time with all those in attendance. Each Mexico match can be seen here and De Vere's will have all the USA matches.
Camp:
Today Amy was at the SPCA previewing the Camp Kindness for kids. At this camp they learn how to properly care for the dogs, cats, snakes and more. Including giving your dog a bath.
Rocky:
When I first moved here from NY they had a theater called The Sacramento Inn. This theater sat behind Arden Fair Mall and next to a hotel. If you wanted to see Top stupid just bad movies this was the place to go. From Joystick, Hot Dog, etc. you could go here. However they also showed Pretty in Pink with Molly Ringwald and Cheech and Chong Nice Dreams to name a few but it was Friday or Saturday nights that had many in Sacramento flock to this theater with the live show of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Due to age I never went but was well aware of what I was missing. Today on Good Day an update version is back this time at the Colonial Theater in Sacramento on June 28th at 10PM.

With love what better Good Day person to send to check out pistachios than BEST Nut of the bunch Melissa. Today she was at Fiddyment Farms checking out all the things you can make with this nut. She even tried homemade pistachio Ice Cream and love it.

Now that Neon helped us dance into the weekend we turn the controls over to Amy, Melissa, Lori and crew as Cody continues on the Cody Tour through the Southern States. As viewers and supporters we need to continue watching the show all weekend. I don't have confirmation of what is ahead for Saturday but on Sunday we Ask Eleanor, Dishin With Tina, Nina, The Frosting Queens and Fathers Day makeovers.
