Today on My58 Ambrosia hits 10 years. Vacuum's go beltless, Sac State ready's for Track and Field and Truck Driving can be learned tonight at the Capital. These are the stories I choose to cover today on My58. I will say it was nice to see Deidre out in the field covering Ambrosia's 10th Anniversary.
Fox40:
Today on Fox Zohreen was hanging out with Iron Chef students at one local school. No Zohreen was not cooking but she was licking the bowl like every kid would and should. Sabrina had a cool live shot in Stockton from CQB where they train using Airsoft weapons. Plus Evan's Kitchen was in the kitchen prior to their event on Monday March 17, 2014.
Good Day Sacramento:
430/5am:
In this hour Show and Tell was not shown because today marks the annual CHP Cadet run from CHP Academy to the CHP Memorial at the Capital. 90 cadets in all made this 5 mile trip. The Daily List today was how to feel happier including sleeping on your right. Question of the Day was What is the first thing you thought about when you woke up. Courtney had today's 5am Club Member and today's Show us your topic photos of Big Rigs started to be shown.
6am:
In this hour Marianne had her Daily Joe with a Husky dog waking up their owner by jumping on them. Julissa was taking pictures with lambs and chicks as one local photographer uses them as props for children. On the day CHP cadets do their 5 mile run and finished it this hour so Yahoo decided to car jack 2 cars and lead police on a High Speed chase near Denver. This story took over the last half hour of the 6am hour.
7am:
In this hour BREAKING News continued. As the High Speed chase in Denver was ending 2 buildings in New York caught fire and collapsed .In addition to this news Julissa finished shooting with kids, lambs, and chicks. Cody crashed a big rig simulator, You can test your ability tonight at 430-630 on the west steps of the capital. and Marianne and Julissa talked to one local school preparing for a disaster at a school for C.E.R.T. training.
8am:
In this VERY busy hour Marianne talked with Good Day PA/Master Funnel Cake Baker Allison as she prepared Funnel Cake for the staff. Cody continued learning about how to drive, and truck safety. Cambi was learning of a laser treatment that allows you to go on about your day afterwards. Courtney was checking out Grooms attire from R.Douglas Marianne and Julissa talked to Laura from CERT about the training taking place in Rocklin today. Marianne also talked to an expert about Draught for Dummies. Teens Tunes was played and the 9amtopic was introduced. Today's topic.... Is revenge always best?
9am:
LAURA IS BACK!!!!! and she and Julissa guided us through the hour and today's #9amtopic. Also in this hour Tina was Dishin with Tina - Julissa's choice. Courtney was continuing to customized suits at R. Douglas. Cambi was learning more about Skin Care treatments from Dr. Tanghetti and told of an open house tomorrow from 3-7pm Ken was on assignment so Manly Minute was not done today. Tina's final question was what is the best Wedding cake combo.
Final Thoughts:
Before getting into today's shows I want to talk about the incident that occurred in New York today.
With today's society we live in we live in fear of more terror attacks and with recent disappearance of an airplane we wonder all over again. Such as the case with the fire today in New York up until shortly before 10am local time we had no clue what caused the fire and explosion of 2 buildings. Sadly we lost at least 2 life's at last report with several others injured. According to reports it was a gas line that exploded. Let's hope it was an accident and nothing more as we are forced to once again mourn the loss of 2.
Today on the 3 shows the New York story as well as the car jacking and high speed chase in Denver ruled much of the 6-7am hours but to give credit where credit is do all 3 stations found enough time to cover what was planned or at least most of it.
While I can't speak on what was planned for My58 or Fox40 I can tell you only at least one story had to be dropped from Good Day Sacramento but I'll get to that shortly.
My58 did nothing for me on Monday but the last 2 days they've done better and enough for me to highlight and recap.
Fox40 also did a nice job with the spotlight Stockton from Sabrina and Zohreen eating from the cooking bowl like we all did when kids. "Mom I wanna lick the bowl. " That was very funny
As for Good Day Sacramento it's always a good day when it's a Dishin With Tina day and today was Julissa's choice. Her daughter Natalia is so stinking cute. Also on Good Day Sacramento when you can Cody aka Bow Tie take part in a truck driving simulator you know it's going to be good.
It was GREAT seeing Laura back today as well. Plus we got to meet one of the Good Day Sacramento PA's who has warmed the hearts and stomachs of the cast with her Funnel Cake.
Final thing to talk about on Good Day Sacramento was I mentioned that 1 story had to be dropped for breaking news. Actor/Writer Robert Wagner was dropped to talk about his new book. I've included a link to how you can purchase the book. Robert Wagner - You Must Remember This

My58:
Today on My58 Ambrosia hits 10 years. Vacuum's go beltless, Sac State ready's for Track and Field and Truck Driving can be learned tonight at the Capital. These are the stories I choose to cover today on My58. I will say it was nice to see Deidre out in the field covering Ambrosia's 10th Anniversary.
Fox40:
Today on Fox Zohreen was hanging out with Iron Chef students at one local school. No Zohreen was not cooking but she was licking the bowl like every kid would and should. Sabrina had a cool live shot in Stockton from CQB where they train using Airsoft weapons. Plus Evan's Kitchen was in the kitchen prior to their event on Monday March 17, 2014.
Good Day Sacramento:
430/5am:
In this hour Show and Tell was not shown because today marks the annual CHP Cadet run from CHP Academy to the CHP Memorial at the Capital. 90 cadets in all made this 5 mile trip. The Daily List today was how to feel happier including sleeping on your right. Question of the Day was What is the first thing you thought about when you woke up. Courtney had today's 5am Club Member and today's Show us your topic photos of Big Rigs started to be shown.
6am:
In this hour Marianne had her Daily Joe with a Husky dog waking up their owner by jumping on them. Julissa was taking pictures with lambs and chicks as one local photographer uses them as props for children. On the day CHP cadets do their 5 mile run and finished it this hour so Yahoo decided to car jack 2 cars and lead police on a High Speed chase near Denver. This story took over the last half hour of the 6am hour.
7am:
In this hour BREAKING News continued. As the High Speed chase in Denver was ending 2 buildings in New York caught fire and collapsed .In addition to this news Julissa finished shooting with kids, lambs, and chicks. Cody crashed a big rig simulator, You can test your ability tonight at 430-630 on the west steps of the capital. and Marianne and Julissa talked to one local school preparing for a disaster at a school for C.E.R.T. training.
8am:
In this VERY busy hour Marianne talked with Good Day PA/Master Funnel Cake Baker Allison as she prepared Funnel Cake for the staff. Cody continued learning about how to drive, and truck safety. Cambi was learning of a laser treatment that allows you to go on about your day afterwards. Courtney was checking out Grooms attire from R.Douglas Marianne and Julissa talked to Laura from CERT about the training taking place in Rocklin today. Marianne also talked to an expert about Draught for Dummies. Teens Tunes was played and the 9amtopic was introduced. Today's topic.... Is revenge always best?
9am:
LAURA IS BACK!!!!! and she and Julissa guided us through the hour and today's #9amtopic. Also in this hour Tina was Dishin with Tina - Julissa's choice. Courtney was continuing to customized suits at R. Douglas. Cambi was learning more about Skin Care treatments from Dr. Tanghetti and told of an open house tomorrow from 3-7pm Ken was on assignment so Manly Minute was not done today. Tina's final question was what is the best Wedding cake combo.
Final Thoughts:
Before getting into today's shows I want to talk about the incident that occurred in New York today.
With today's society we live in we live in fear of more terror attacks and with recent disappearance of an airplane we wonder all over again. Such as the case with the fire today in New York up until shortly before 10am local time we had no clue what caused the fire and explosion of 2 buildings. Sadly we lost at least 2 life's at last report with several others injured. According to reports it was a gas line that exploded. Let's hope it was an accident and nothing more as we are forced to once again mourn the loss of 2.
Today on the 3 shows the New York story as well as the car jacking and high speed chase in Denver ruled much of the 6-7am hours but to give credit where credit is do all 3 stations found enough time to cover what was planned or at least most of it.
While I can't speak on what was planned for My58 or Fox40 I can tell you only at least one story had to be dropped from Good Day Sacramento but I'll get to that shortly.
My58 did nothing for me on Monday but the last 2 days they've done better and enough for me to highlight and recap.
Fox40 also did a nice job with the spotlight Stockton from Sabrina and Zohreen eating from the cooking bowl like we all did when kids. "Mom I wanna lick the bowl. " That was very funny
As for Good Day Sacramento it's always a good day when it's a Dishin With Tina day and today was Julissa's choice. Her daughter Natalia is so stinking cute. Also on Good Day Sacramento when you can Cody aka Bow Tie take part in a truck driving simulator you know it's going to be good.
It was GREAT seeing Laura back today as well. Plus we got to meet one of the Good Day Sacramento PA's who has warmed the hearts and stomachs of the cast with her Funnel Cake.
Final thing to talk about on Good Day Sacramento was I mentioned that 1 story had to be dropped for breaking news. Actor/Writer Robert Wagner was dropped to talk about his new book. I've included a link to how you can purchase the book. Robert Wagner - You Must Remember This
