Last Night was Oscar Night and as you know on Friday's Good Day Sacramento Mark made his official predictions. He needed 6 of 8 correct or he would have to pay off several bets with his coworkers including standing on the Soap Box of Shame..... Mark enjoy your Breakfast in Bed because you got 8 of 8 meaning. This means Thursday on Good Day Mark will be enjoying Breakfast in Bed.... Nice Win. Here is the complete list of his Predictions.

Just before 930 am Good Day Sacramento hit 90,000 likes on Facebook. The quest for 90,000 is complete but it is time now to make that quest 100,000 likes. My goal is by Friday of this week. Let's make it happen.

To kick off this hour Ken and Amy shared in Show and Tell. Courtney had Question of the Day and the 5am Club Members of the day. Mark had part 1 of his Oscar Recap and Marianne is off meaning Daily List and Daily Joe are canceled today. Show us your... Baldhead pictures got shown.

6am:
Mark had his Oscar Recap Part 2 in this hour in addition to checking out the St. Baldricks/Bell Bros. Head Shaving event for Cancer. This event is such a GREAT cause. Courtney talked to Ted from Three Pillars Fitness about his gym. 

7am:
Mark continued from Shaved head event. Melissa learns to throw a baseball so she can throw out the first pitch at Orangevale Pony League opening day and it is National Pancake Day tomorrow but Good Day is celebrating today. Rob Kacey, of Stockton is the new voice over actor of Pepsi and their small cans today he was on Good Day talking with Ken. Jonny Bowden was in studio giving Courtney tips on foods that fight and cause allergies. Mark also sat down with Oscar Winner Idina Menzel who won BEST song - Frozen. 

8am:
In this hour Mark finished up his Bald event. Cambi tried her hand at serving at IHop pre Pancake Day. Melissa had Prom Fashion at Macy's with Oscar Styles. Courtney talked to Mickey Williams for Celebrity Fashion Styles and Amy is painting furniture at The Blue Vignette who is having a Peddlers fair March 15. This hour Good Day Passed the 89,800 mark on Facebook. Quest for 90,000 continues. The 9amtopic was introduced What skill do you wish you had?

9am:
Laura and Ken took us through the 9am hour that featured Mark taking his Little Talk Show on the road for Read Across America. Cambi continued at IHop, Amy showed the finishing touches of the painted couch. Ken's Manly Minute was about how to get your money at your job. Courtney held her Fashion Forum post Oscars. But the BIG Story of the Hour was the GREAT Good Day Sacramento Viewers hitting and passing 90,000 likes on Facebook. But I don't want to stop there I want 100,000 Let's do this. 

Final Thoughts:
Today seemed like a quiet day on the show with Julissa, Marianne, Tina and Cody all away but it was just the opposite. 

Mark talked a lot of Oscars but it was the event he was covering that stole the spotlight. Mark was at a Cancer Awareness event that featured employees, friends and children from Bell Bros. Heating and Air shaving their heads through St. Baldricks. This is a GREAT event and fun seeing everyone come out. Mark then took his Little Talk Show on the road for Read Across America

Melissa was learning to pitch and then checking out fashion dresses at Macy's for prom inspired by Oscar red carpet dresses over the years. 

Cambi was trying her hand at serving at IHop in preparation of National Pancake Day tomorrow but IHop delivered to the station for the crew to enjoy. 

After Amy left the studio she was found painting old furniture at The Blue Vignette. 

Courtney was a busy reporter today first talking to Ted from Three Pillar Fitness, then to Jonny Bowden about food allergies. After that she talked to Mickey Williams about the stars from last nights Oscar awards. Courtney also spent time at the desk which is rare but a nice change up. She also hosted her Post Oscar Fashion Forum

Unable to leave Ken out he had to cover the entire show from start to finish. In addition Ken pushed for 90,000 likes even holding his breath far too long. He did have a decent Manly Minute as well. 

All in all today's Good Day Sacramento was very good and lots of fun. But much work needs to be done to reach 100,000 likes on Facebook by Friday. At time of posting this the Facebook page has 90,193. Let's do this fans and friends like the Good Day Sacramento Facebook page as Quest for 100,000 starts NOW!!!
