Opening Statement:
Finding good people with kind hearts is a hard enough task in itself but when you do find them you know right away. Whether that be your BEST friend, close friends or just people in general, know that someone out there loves you for you and when things are down someone out there will pick you up. For instances I really feel like I have been hit with the lucky stick on the friends level, When things looked down it was a simple message from a friend of mine yesterday that just made my day better. So the moral of this is hold onto your friends and know that somewhere out there someone loves you even if you think no one does no matter how you feel in the moment.

Lori was checking out the new snow at Boreal Mountain Where she did her very first snow angel. Michael Marks was in studio talking about veggies best used in Chinese New Year celebrations. Tina was featuring a Recipe from home featuring authentic Indian Food but it was the viewers 8 year old son who wrote and had a book published that perked me up because (Secret reveal: I am currently working on a Children's Book.) In this hour Michael was back with more favorite Asian veggies and how to chop/store properly. Lori continued from Boreal where we learned Lori has never been on a ski lift... BREAKING NEWS I too have never been on a ski lift and no plans in the future. Tina was checking out Sound Healing. This was a very cool alternative medicine. Cody was busy this hour first learning how to break open crab without looking like an idiot and then of course with crab what goes perfect with it? Woodchuck Hard Cider was showing some of their products to Cody. Charity was checking out a very cool Garage Sale with a cause. Nicholas needs a Service dog and his family is trying to raise money for that. Such a GREAT Story.
9am:
This hour did not disappoint. It was a very busy hour. Tina broke a board at the Taekwondo breaking a board and talking about the event. Lori continued from Boreal and rode the ski lift for the first time. Charity was checking out a chocolate raspberry facial. Cody tasted the Costas Kettle Corn and Mike on the Mic with Dinger previewed the River Cats new Donut Burger and talked about auditions to become part of the Cat Crew. Cody also talked with Reese Cates about the PBR event tonight.
10am:
In the final hour of the day Tina was checking out La Hacienda new chef who introduced us to new menu items. Charity was checking out how to spoil your special someone with a facial of Chocolate Raspberry Melissa was previewing the Healing Art Festival with Healing crystals. It also appears to help decide your future. Our favorite celebrity/sports realtor, Chad Herron was in studio looking at homes from both Seahawks and Broncos players. Bunky Bows were in studio showing off their cool Bow Ties. Melissa had Hot Headlines. Tina does her World Famous Booty Bop at La Hacienda
Final Thoughts:
Today's Good Day Sacramento was very good and they covered a large variety of topics as they always do, but it was the story of Nicolas that brought a tear to my eye and as I said in the opening when things are down it could be a simple message that perks you up. My friends have really been doing that with me lately even if it is just a text message. Today's theme or Show us yours... is very true to this with show us your smile. This story of Nicolas, the messages I've been getting over the last week and me attending UC Davis Gastric Bypass and seeing nurses from 4 years ago remember me saying I look great. It is people like that who can make your day brighter. It is people like my friends sharing their ideas, art work, asking my opinion on things makes people smile. I know it's late but I am hoping to hear back on how the Garage Sale for Nicolas goes.
Now onto tomorrow, I am guessing the Low Budget Halftime Show will be unique and different from any of the rest. With that said I cannot wait. What else is coming up tomorrow.....

Tina was featuring a Recipe from home featuring authentic Indian Food but it was the viewers 8 year old son who wrote and had a book published that perked me up because (Secret reveal: I am currently working on a Children's Book.) In this hour Michael was back with more favorite Asian veggies and how to chop/store properly. Lori continued from Boreal where we learned Lori has never been on a ski lift... BREAKING NEWS I too have never been on a ski lift and no plans in the future. Tina was checking out Sound Healing. This was a very cool alternative medicine. Cody was busy this hour first learning how to break open crab without looking like an idiot and then of course with crab what goes perfect with it? Woodchuck Hard Cider was showing some of their products to Cody. Charity was checking out a very cool Garage Sale with a cause. Nicholas needs a Service dog and his family is trying to raise money for that. Such a GREAT Story.
9am:
This hour did not disappoint. It was a very busy hour. Tina broke a board at the Taekwondo breaking a board and talking about the event. Lori continued from Boreal and rode the ski lift for the first time. Charity was checking out a chocolate raspberry facial. Cody tasted the Costas Kettle Corn and Mike on the Mic with Dinger previewed the River Cats new Donut Burger and talked about auditions to become part of the Cat Crew. Cody also talked with Reese Cates about the PBR event tonight.

In the final hour of the day Tina was checking out La Hacienda new chef who introduced us to new menu items. Charity was checking out how to spoil your special someone with a facial of Chocolate Raspberry Melissa was previewing the Healing Art Festival with Healing crystals. It also appears to help decide your future. Our favorite celebrity/sports realtor, Chad Herron was in studio looking at homes from both Seahawks and Broncos players. Bunky Bows were in studio showing off their cool Bow Ties. Melissa had Hot Headlines. Tina does her World Famous Booty Bop at La Hacienda
Final Thoughts:
Today's Good Day Sacramento was very good and they covered a large variety of topics as they always do, but it was the story of Nicolas that brought a tear to my eye and as I said in the opening when things are down it could be a simple message that perks you up. My friends have really been doing that with me lately even if it is just a text message. Today's theme or Show us yours... is very true to this with show us your smile. This story of Nicolas, the messages I've been getting over the last week and me attending UC Davis Gastric Bypass and seeing nurses from 4 years ago remember me saying I look great. It is people like that who can make your day brighter. It is people like my friends sharing their ideas, art work, asking my opinion on things makes people smile. Today's Good Day Sacramento was very good and they covered a large variety of topics as they always do, but it was the story of Nicolas that brought a tear to my eye and as I said in the opening when things are down it could be a simple message that perks you up. My friends have really been doing that with me lately even if it is just a text message. Today's theme or Show us yours... is very true to this with show us your smile. This story of Nicolas, the messages I've been getting over the last week and me attending UC Davis Gastric Bypass and seeing nurses from 4 years ago remember me saying I look great. It is people like that who can make your day brighter. It is people like my friends sharing their ideas, art work, asking my opinion on things makes people smile. I know it's late but I am hoping to hear back on how the Garage Sale for Nicolas goes.

Now onto tomorrow, I am guessing the Low Budget Halftime Show will be unique and different from any of the rest. With that said I cannot wait. What else is coming up tomorrow.....
