Opening Statement:
Later today Good Day is going to talk about Bullies which had me thinking about yesterday's decision by the NFL to only suspend Ravens Running Back Ray Rice 2 games for knocking his then girlfriend out who is now married to.

Two Games for striking a woman but only 4 for taking performance enhancers. Now keep in mind I am not condoning the use of drugs but I just feel like Ray Rice got off easy with an additional $58,000.

This decision brings me to this. YOU NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER HIT A WOMAN EVER!!!! I have been around domestic violence and I still have nightmares. WE MUST find a way to stop the Bully and domestic Violence.

Today is Friday and Mark is at Comic-Con and it's National Video Game Day so lets see what is taking place Today in the News....

One of the things I've always loved about Good Day Sacramento is how geeked out Mark and Cody get around Sci-Fi, Anime and comics.

Mark headed down to Comic-Con San Diego which is the biggest Sci-Fi/comic book convention in the USA that takes place every July. With an estimated 150,000 people attending this 5 day event you will see everything. From Hollywood stars, porn stars, comic book Hero's, gamers and people like you and me finding their inner Superhero.

Toy companies love it here as well because they can show off new product like GI Joe, Star Wars, Hercules and so much more. It is completely impossible to see everything in just 1 day and almost impossible to see it all in the main 4 days.

But through the eyes of Mark S. Allen and Camera Guy Julian stay tuned to Good Day Sacramento and Mark at the Movies social media sites because they will keep us updated through pictures and videos of all things Comic-Con.

Today Mark was there checking out the people and he came up on the original Star Wars New Hope Darth Vader outfit.

At one point Mark dressed as Low Budget Batman with a passionate plea to set the wheels in motion to have Cody join him next year. Which then launched the official unofficial # of #CodyMarkCon2015

Let's get my favorite 2 TV brothers together for one special occasion next July.

It was this plea and Mark's coverage that lead to this story being my favorite story of the day. #CodyMarkCon2015

Fridge Cleanout:
People often ask me is the Good Day crew as real off air as they are on? The simple answer is yes. Today that was proved once again when Tina took to the task of cleaning out the fridge. She found many interesting items that got thrown out and Micheal Yo even helped clean it out at one point.

So I ask you what other news show will clean out the fridge live on air? The Good Day crew is very real on and off air.

Wedding For A Bronco:
A Local couple from Citrus Heights are huge football fans. Kasey a Patriot fan and her husband a Broncos fan headed to Denver to get married at Mile High Stadium and shared it with us today on Good Day.

Kooky Collector:
We love Kooky Collectors and today Julissa met one Roseville woman who is just that. She has 300+ stuffed animals and she has names for all them including the Good Day Crew. This collection is a truly Kooky Collector.

Snowing in Sacramento:
Melissa was at Funderland previewing a very Special Event taking place tonight Funtastic Evening to benefit Children with Cancer. It starts from 5pm-8pm tonight for only $5.
Melissa was here for 2 segments. The first it was snowing then she went on the Dragon Coaster.

Fluffy:
Comedian Gabriel Iglesias joined to talk about his new movie Fluffy Movie in theaters starting today.

Hello Kitty:
We all love our animals whether it be a dog, horse or cats like Marianne does talked with Dr. Cathy Alinovi and Author of the Book "Dinner Pawsible" came into to make a fish salad for cats. Using natural ingredients Marianne decided to try it herself. What happened after that was well, "Interesting" Marianne decided to shine her own coat by licking her arm.

GI Joe Training:
Melissa was checking out Robinson's Taekwondo today who is preparing for the Military Boot Camp at both Watt Ave and
Florin Road locations tomorrow.

Turning Japanese:
Coming up in August is the Bon Odori and Culture Bazaar in Stockton. Today Cody headed down to get a crash course in the Japanese Cultures in just 3 minutes 23 seconds Cody went station to station learning how to roll sushi, Dancing, dress, and more. August 2-3 at the Buddhist Church in Stockton. So to answer the question, Yes for just over 3 minutes Cody did turn Japanese, I really think so.

Yo:
Comedian Michael Yo was back in the building today talking about his appearance tonight and tomorrow at Punchline. He even helped Tina clean out the Fridge.

Doodle:
Cody was in Stockton today learning from the House of Doddle She teaches how to draw your cartoon character plus sells her Doodle art. Classes are $25 for 75 minutes.

Trending:
Trending Topics was back with Julissa today and one that I really liked was a Bride to be sending out text messages for invites. She sent one to the wrong number and they still showed up to the Wedding.

Beat the Bully:
Today Melissa was in Roseville checking out the Armor program where they teach kid karate but also life lessons how to beat the bully and any other potential predators

Good Day Nutshell:
Marianne's Daily list talked about why you should sing, even if you can't. One reason it helps you breath better.
