The Journey.... Today in the News 8/5/2014: Opening Statement: Before getting into today's opening I have late BREAKING NEWS on Sabrina Rodriguez. In a statement she has stated due to her legal issue she has resigned from Fox40. Rodriguez tweeted: "I am sad to say I've decided to resign from FOX40 to concentrate on my case and re-establish my good name. Thank you for all the support." I will add that I hope these charges are false but can't help but to believe they are true based off the evidence being reported. I as a person have always liked Sabrina and she along with Zohreen, and Bethany always filled the void left by the departure of Annalee. I have grown to respect all of these Fox40 reporters that I mentioned as well as Stefanie Cruz who I have known and respected for years and I wish all of them as well as Fox40 and Sabrina Good Luck. But I will reiterate my loyalty lies with Good Day Sacramento and CBS 13 for all they have done and do for me. Now today...
