Today's Recap:
Cambi was at Tsakopoulos Library Galleria who played host to a Luxury Wedding Show that’ll have her wanting to take the plunge right now. Cambi was at Breen Elementary Garden of Learning in the Rocklin School District where The Sacramento River Cats and Green Acres Nursery & Supply teamed up earlier this season to give a local school the chance to win a brand-new community garden. Cambi was at Blaze Pizza in Roseville learning more about the LeBron James Blaze Pizza.

Kevin was with Chris Goslow, founder of Piano Lessons in Sacramento who wants to encourage parents to take piano lessons while their kids are at school. Kevin was at SorD Boardshop which is a company based out of Woodland and just expanded. Kevin was getting a preview of the Firefighters Burn Institute as they and its committee members are hosted their 3rd annual Zumbathon fundraiser.

Nha was at California State Railroad Museum as August is Toy Train Month at the Railroad Museum. Nha hit the water for some paddleboarding with Nor Cal SUP Fitness who hosted a standup paddleboarding events for both adults and kids coming up next month. Nha was with The Sacramento Sheriff's Department as they continue making the rounds this summer for Unity in the Community has been going on for the past few years and is all about getting officers into different areas around the county for a bit of fun.

Lori had today's Hot Headlines. Today Lori signed off of Good Day as she begins a new chapter in her life and will be heading to a new adventure. Lori has been a HUGE part of the Weekend show for many years (9) and will be missed.

Gabe from Travelzoo joined in studio who had some GREAT Travel Getaway ideas. Melissa's Run Don't Walk Deal of the Day Back to School Sale. Melissa was with learning about one man (Jeff) and his dog’s amazing story. Hachi the Wonderdog, and his owner Jeff, a Senior Chaplain at Advanced Hospice in Sacramento, have one goal in life and that is to make sick people feel better.

Cody had Just Enough Sports. Cody and Melissa talked with Stephanie Ryan mother of Vacaville Little League Player #10 who is one game away from the Little League World Series airing tonight on ESPN3. #SunDog Video of the Week. Cody was learning more about Allbirds Sneakers who are a likely bet to replace your converse because they are super-comfortable, minimalist, sustainable sneakers.  Former weekend reporter Charity Bailey joined Cody and Melissa in studio to talk about her newest hosting gig! Right This Minute is the viral videos show that has the stories behind Web videos with interviews and information. Cody was with Joe’s American Classics which is hot dog cart that serves traditional old-fashioned hot dogs, Waffle Corn Dogs and more to people of all ages at events, parties and commercial locations.

Today on Good Day Nha was at California State Railroad Museum as August is Toy Train Month at the Railroad Museum! This is an annual celebration that focuses on the Thomas W.
