Stockton Pride is Saturday and Heather was hanging out with some of the Pride Festival Volunteers and coordinators getting a preview of the music and festivities that will be there. Heather was with local artist Erin Elizabeth who is teaching art in a unique way. She offers one-on-one and group classes called Art Alchemy, where she pushes her students to get out of their comfort zone and lead with their heart through abstract painting.

Julissa was checking out the Harley Davidson Baby Rocker made by Marcus Duran of Elk Grove. Julissa was getting a preview of Sactown Dash where this weekend you can participate in a Scavenger race around Sacramento all for a great cause. Julissa was with Patrick Sparks and Natalia Patrick was on a Biking trip through Chile when he spotted her from across the campsite. 

Nha was checking out the now finished mural at Rio Linda Vet Clinic. Nha was learning more about the Zoomobile with the Sacramento Zoo.

Dave was seeing how City of Rancho Cordova are making Football Helmets Safer with new technology being used for Cordova Football. It’s move-in day at Sac State and today on Good Day Dave met a local student named Madison battling M.S. whose wish has come true with help from Make-A-Wish

Courtney had today's Hollywood Headlines. Courtney got a preview of the Annual Brazilian Independence Day Street Festival in Sacramento taking place Sunday 1-7pm and FREE to attend.

Tina and Dave Grashoff were with Tonka who is a long-time SPCA resident who’s still looking for a forever home. He is getting his own Ferris Bueller-like day off. 9 year Pitbull and been with SPCA for 5 Months.

The last Mel Vs Maloney Challenge ended badly and abruptly for Jason today on Good Day they took their challenge to Capitol Bowl with a twist. Today Sean filled in for a sick Melissa.
