Today's Recap:
Heather was checking out DiAlicia’s Cookies that are amazing works of art. Alicia Witt started this at home cottage bakery licensed shop after she fell in love with decorating and customizing cookies. Heather was at a local school in Lodi who started their first day of Kindergarten.


Dave was checking out Shine Sacramento Coffee shop that has more to offer than just coffee. Dave was at Tank House BBQ & Bar checking out their Summer Drinks that include a Popsicle Bloody Mary and Beer. Dave was getting a preview of Smoosh Factory GRAND Opening tomorrow, where you can make your own ice cream sandwich.


Melissa was with Woodcreek High School Teen Jordan Brown who won a Gold Medal for his Basketball Skills


Cambi was with The Placer County Association of Realtors who won an award for affiliate of the year because of their Aloha nights. Cambi was checking out a new App called Door Dash that brings area restaurant’s food directly to you.

Nha was at the Sacramento Rail Yards where the master developer, Downtown Railyards Venture, LLC is currently planning the transformation of the former terminus of the Transcontinental Railroad into an urban mixed-use transit oriented development. Anchored by an 18-acre Kaiser Permanente medical complex, a Major League Soccer stadium and a historical Central Shops District, the Rail yards will be an 18-hour urban mixed-use village that will add much-needed market-rate housing into Sacramento’s downtown along with office, public open spaces and parks, historic and cultural amenities, and many other resources.

Ken and Julissa talked with Robbie Amell who plays Kevin Spacey’s son in the new film “Nine Lives,” opening nationwide Friday August 5. Ken was with Galt All Star Little League who brought home the championship.


Courtney was with It's My Hair Salon where every Monday this month Mia'sha Helton and her team will get you ready for back to school.
