Today's Recap:
Melissa had today's Hollywood Headlines.  Melissa was with was with Cycle Surfer Steven Roller who rides his bike with no handlebars.

Morgan was with The 1850 Collective getting a preview of 3D Painting for Hot Artist Nights benefiting Stockton's Children's Museum  Saturday August 20th 5pm-11pm. Morgan was at Hula’s Burgers who serves breakfast lunch and dinner with a menu list that tops the charts! Tonight they even have a car show with a live D.J. Music, raffle prizes, trophies and a 50/50 cash raffle. It’s no charge, bring your car and friends. Morgan met Two local officers who are preparing for the “Peace Officer Memorial Half Marathon” in full duty uniform (vest, belt, and boots included).


Dave was getting creative because  Bring your own cup returns to 7-eleven today and tomorrow from 11-7pm to satisfy your wildest Slurpee dreams. Dave was local artist Gina Rossi of Rossi Sculptural Designs who makes artistic bike rides and much more. Dave was with CHP Canines as they Graduate from the Academy.

Nha was at The Studio Martial Arts and Fitness where the Wise warrior program is designed to give the benefits of martial arts to everyone regardless of age or physical limitations. The work to redevelop the Old Rail Yards in Downtown Sacramento is underway and the first taste of the finished product is revealed today with the grand opening of the 5th Street Bridge. Today on Good Day Nha was there for the Grand Opening.

Courtney had 2 Minutes of Mayhem. Courtney was with Blogger and YouTuber “Ms. Beautyphile” who shared the science of beauty products with us.

Ken and Melissa and Marianne talked with Hometown Hero Anthony Sadler about his New Book The 15:17 To Paris due out on Monday.

Cody was at Monterey Bay Aquarium learning more about Cephalopods and more including the new land creatures.
