The food we learned to cook were Moroccan Turkey Burgers with a Mint Yogurt Sauce.
On a scale of 1-5 o give that a 4.75 only because I personally was not a fan of the pita bread but if I was I would give it a 5 of 5.
The next recipe made was a tomato gazpacho.
This I rank a 4 1/2 out of 5.
For me it had a vinegar after taste but that is just my opinion.
The final recipe made was Freekeh Tabouli.
This I give a 4 of 5. I'm not a big grain eater but I enjoyed it.
Overall I rank this class 4.5 of 5 and of the 3 classes taken so far with 1 to go this class was my favorite of all 3 based on me liking all the items not just 1 or 2.

Favorite Story of the Day: Thrifty Thursday:
Today is Thursday so that means Gina from Thrift Town was in the Good Day studio. Today she was out back taking an old wicker chair and making it new again. Gina is so awesome and doing things like this it's no secret she is my favorite DIY Segment on Good Day and easy to see why she and Thrifty Thursday is today's favorite story of the day.
Bennett Family Disneyland Adventure:
In a very special edition of Show and Tell Melissa and later Sean shared their horror story on the way down to Disneyland. Melissa was driving when the Bennett Family Van overheated on the Grapevine. This is one area that is noted for this type of car issues in California.
Mel Takes on Maloney:
In a new and I hope a continuing segment on Good Day Mel takes on Maloney was born today. Today the 2 took their talents to Elk Grove and they learned Archery at Infinite Potential before they took on each other in a balloon popping challenge. Jason won in a tie breaking shoot out 4-3.
Allentown - Rio Vista:
Mark had another edition of Allentown. Today Jason suggested he head to Rio Vista. While there he met a couple of the locals all of which suggested he head over to Fosters Bighorn. Fosters is a nice little establishment that has all kinds of animal heads hanging on the wall. (Ick) However they do have a One Beer Club in honor of a friend who is overseas and a Wine Club.

Mighty John the Record Guy was back today to first talk about James Brown records and they to appraise viewer records.
Quinoa Chips - Check This Out:
A month or so ago while doing a Check This Out segment everyone on the show was eating and trying the new Quinoa Chips. While Sean was eating a large crane truck came close to hitting him and Sean never moved. Today the folks from Quinoa chips sent Sean a hard hat.
Cowboy Cheerleaders:
One of the key things to remember when being a cheerleader is to never miss a jump split. Today on Good Day The Director of Cheer and Choreographer for the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders joined via Satellite. The interview was fine but the best part was Cody and Marianne having fun with the LONG satellite delay going from Question to answer.
Davis Beer:
Today Kristin was in Davis previewing Davis Beer Week August 11-17. She learned the money raised goes towards United States Bicycling Hall of Fame in Davis.
Salmon:
Today on Good Day Tina was previewing Big King Salmon Week. Head to www.farmtofork.com for a list of all the events taking place now through August 11. Today Tina was at Capital Dime seeing how they make their Salmon.

Favorite Story of the Day: Thrifty Thursday:
Today is Thursday so that means Gina from Thrift Town was in the Good Day studio. Today she was out back taking an old wicker chair and making it new again. Gina is so awesome and doing things like this it's no secret she is my favorite DIY Segment on Good Day and easy to see why she and Thrifty Thursday is today's favorite story of the day.
Bennett Family Disneyland Adventure:
In a very special edition of Show and Tell Melissa and later Sean shared their horror story on the way down to Disneyland. Melissa was driving when the Bennett Family Van overheated on the Grapevine. This is one area that is noted for this type of car issues in California.
Mel Takes on Maloney:
In a new and I hope a continuing segment on Good Day Mel takes on Maloney was born today. Today the 2 took their talents to Elk Grove and they learned Archery at Infinite Potential before they took on each other in a balloon popping challenge. Jason won in a tie breaking shoot out 4-3.
Allentown - Rio Vista:
Mark had another edition of Allentown. Today Jason suggested he head to Rio Vista. While there he met a couple of the locals all of which suggested he head over to Fosters Bighorn. Fosters is a nice little establishment that has all kinds of animal heads hanging on the wall. (Ick) However they do have a One Beer Club in honor of a friend who is overseas and a Wine Club.

Quinoa Chips - Check This Out:
A month or so ago while doing a Check This Out segment everyone on the show was eating and trying the new Quinoa Chips. While Sean was eating a large crane truck came close to hitting him and Sean never moved. Today the folks from Quinoa chips sent Sean a hard hat.
Cowboy Cheerleaders:
One of the key things to remember when being a cheerleader is to never miss a jump split. Today on Good Day The Director of Cheer and Choreographer for the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders joined via Satellite. The interview was fine but the best part was Cody and Marianne having fun with the LONG satellite delay going from Question to answer.
Davis Beer:
Today Kristin was in Davis previewing Davis Beer Week August 11-17. She learned the money raised goes towards United States Bicycling Hall of Fame in Davis.
Salmon:
Today on Good Day Tina was previewing Big King Salmon Week. Head to www.farmtofork.com for a list of all the events taking place now through August 11. Today Tina was at Capital Dime seeing how they make their Salmon.
