Heather was at Micke Grove Zoo Fun Run for the 6th Annual Zoo Zoom 5K and Fun Run. Heather was at Stockton Civic Theatre for a Special Performance of Sister Act taking place Now - September 25th. Heather was with Allen Levie from New and Again at a HUGE estate sale in Stockton. Heather got a preview Sunday Sundaes at UOP taking place today from 2-4pm


Nha was at Whitey’s Jolly Kone helping The West Sac Attacks Softball team raise money for their Reno tournament as well as keeping fees as low as possible for families to be able to afford for their girls to play. Nha was running with The Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Sacramento who has partnered with the Sacramento Police K9 Unit to host the “Run with the Cops 5K. Nha was at Mixed Bag final day of their week long Anniversary sale! Owned since 1981 by Susan Larson, Mixed Bag is celebrating 35 years of business. Nha was getting a preview of FREE Student Heart Screenings at Cordova High taking place from 9-3pm with help from Via Heart Project.



Dave was at Brickhouse Gallery Art Complex getting a preview of Sacramento Open Studio Tour taking place today from 10-5pm. Dave was at Congregation Beth Shalom in Carmichael where people have the chance to learn about the Jewish culture from 9-3pm The 39th Annual Jewish Food Faire is an authentic Jewish delicatessen for a day. Dave was at PetSmart in Lincoln where this weekend Petsmart Charities hosted a National Adoption Weekend from 10-4pm.


Cambi learned the benefits of a Chiropractor from James Keppler who has been serving the Sacramento community for over 40 and has helped thousands of people. #SunDog Video of the Week. Cambi was with AndYes who joined to talk about Poetry Slam which is back in Sacramento and bigger than ever at CSz Theatre Sept 22nd at 8pm. Cambi was with Niko from Forklifters Food Truck who has created a convenient way for people to eat healthy without sacrificing taste. Cambi had today's Hot Headlines. 

Tina was Dishin with Tina at The Farm Table 311 Main Street Placerville, CA. Melissa had her Run Don't Walk Deal of the Day. Melissa met Author 8 year old Emma Sumner who wrote The Fairies of Waterfall Island and available on Amazon.

Nha: Softball Team Carwash
Today on Good Day Nha was at Whitey’s Jolly Kone helping The West Sac Attacks Softball team raise money for their Reno tournament as well as keeping fees as low as possible for families to be able to afford for their girls to play. This car wash will also support the team getting new uniforms! The West Sac Attacks are known for training very hard and this is a great way to help the team!!

Nha: Run with the Cops 5K
Today on Good Day Nha was running with The Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Sacramento who has partnered with the Sacramento Police K9 Unit to host the “Run with the Cops 5K. Along the course participants will be cheered on by members of the Sacramento Police K9 Unit. At the completion of the race multiple law enforcement demonstrations, including one by the K9 unit, will be performed. Opportunities to interact with the teams, pose for pictures, and most importantly, to meet and greet the four-legged partners will be available!

Heather: Sister Act!
Today on Good Day Heather was at Stockton Civic Theatre for a Special Performance of Sister Act taking place Now - September 25th. A woman hiding in a convent helps her fellow sisters find their voice as she rediscovers her own. “Sister Act” is the feel-amazing musical comedy smash based on the hit 1992 film that had audiences jumping to their feet! The musical showing now at Stockton’s civic theater is sure to get you up on your feet to the feel good music.

Dave: Jewish Food Faire
Today on Good Day Dave was at Congregation Beth Shalom in Carmichael where people have the chance to learn about the Jewish culture from 9-3pm The 39th Annual Jewish Food Faire is an authentic Jewish delicatessen for a day. Every year, several thousand hungry Sacramento-area folks come to the Faire to enjoy iconic Jewish comfort foods, including corned beef sandwiches, pastrami, brisket, stuffed cabbage rolls, bagels and lox, latkes (potato pancakes), blintzes and a dizzying array of Jewish baked goods. The Faire also features art, music, and activities for the whole family. It’s a fun community event. You don’t have to be Jewish to love the great Jewish foods that many of us from Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston and other great deli towns grew up with.

Cambi: National Poetry Slam Poet
Today on Good Day Cambi was with AndYes who joined to talk about Poetry Slam which is back in Sacramento and bigger than ever at CSz Theatre Sept 22nd at 8pm. When The Bomb Drops is the first album from AndYes Poetry, who was part of bringing back Sacramento’s first National Poetry Slam representation in 8 years, in 2015. AndYes is doing a local tour to spread his year-and-a-half of hard work on this album. The performance will be a mix of theatre and spoken word.

Nha: Free Student Heart Screenings
Today on Good Day Nha was getting a preview of FREE Student Heart Screenings at Cordova High taking place from 9-3pm with help from Via Heart Project. Approximately 5,000 to 10,000 youths die from sudden cardiac arrest each year in the U.S.
Most of these deaths are due to undetected heart conditions, many of which could have been identified with a simple cardiac screening.
