Dave was at Saint Katherine Greek Orthodox Church who is inviting everyone to spend a Weekend in Greece at this weekend’s Elk Grove Greek festival that will feature live, authentic Greek dancing performed by the parishioners and their children dressed in traditional Greek costumes and Greek music.

Nha was getting a preview of the most-anticipated fresh-food party of the year that is back on Sacramento’s Capitol Mall today, and it's bigger and better than ever.

Today on Good Day Cody was with a very special guest Sami Kader aka Sami Circuit. At age 8, Sami began gaining weight and facing rejection from those around him. Throughout his elementary, junior high, and early high school years, he was mocked, bullied, and generally unaccepted by his peers. At age 16, a family friend intervened and insisted that Sami join him on his daily trips to the gym. By age 18, Sami had lost over 100 pounds and landed a job at a nationwide chain of health clubs.
