Today on Good Day Dave was at The Gold Country Medical History Museum, located on the site of the first hospital in Placer County. Dave was at McClellan Park checking out some cool and classic cars with Family First Car Club that was formed by a group of family and friends to promote and highlight the art of restoring classic cars.
Nha was checking out a vintage and custom bike collection from the Hooligans Bicycle Club of Northern California. Nha met the owner of Center Ring Boxing Club, David Owens who has been helping at-risk youth for 15 years and was a former pro boxer who trained with Tony the tiger Lopez and Loreto Garza. Checking out a Fall Themed Market Nha was at The Treasured Home where they are hosting the Fall Festival Vintage Market.
Melissa's Run, Don’t Walk, Deal of the Day is from Chick-fil-a to fill up on **free** breakfast! Melissa had 2 Minutes of Mayhem. Melissa had today's Hot Headlines.
Cody and Melissa talked with Brandon Hovland from Sierra View Mortuary where in honor of the victims and heroes of September 11th, starting this Tuesday and running through September 11th, the community can receive a free 9/11 memorial lapel pin by stopping by the Sierra View Mortuary. Cody was with the lovely ladies of Gifts from the Heart of Elk Grove (WHO JUST CELEBRATED THEIR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!) building brick bow ties, hats and more. #SunDog Video of the Week.
