Ericka was getting a preview of Direworld Scare Park that Opens to Public Tomorrow (Sept. 30)-Halloween 7:30pm-10pm.



Melissa's Good Day Mobile Boutique was open today this time she was using Cheetos. Melissa was at Dutch Bros Roseville to Celebrate National Coffee Day while helping kids at the same time. Today Dutch Bros is doing it’s annual giveback “Buck for Kids” day. So how does it work? $1 from the sale of every coffee goes to local children’s charities.




Tina was with Sacramento SPCA for this week's Pet of the Week. This week we met 4 year old Braydan $100 to adopt. Tina was in the Kitchen with Giada as she whipped up a Tiramisu and shared her secrets.


Courtney, Tina, Cody and Julissa joined Jim Pryor from Man about House to learn more about Swap Parties



Good Day has gone NUTS!!! No really They caught wind of a local farm firing up a monstrous multi-million dollar nutcracker, so they decided to get Your Produce Man Michael Marks on the case and he was at Morada Produce to show off this thing of beauty in action that is being tasked with a big job this week cracking the new crop of walnuts for local Costco stores.



Giada Valenti performed on the Good Day Stage as well as showed off her cooking skills in the Kitchen. She is one talented woman is bringing the sweet sounds and even sweeter food of Italy to the states! Following her stunning and highly anticipated PBS special, Italian singer Giada is holding a concert on Thursday, October 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the Crest Theatre. Julissa was with Jessica Tindle, owner of Dream Enrichment who is offering after school enrichment classes, to share some easy ways to get your girls playing with building toys.




Ken had today's Sports Report. Now that the Kings Training Camp has begun today on Good Day Ken takes a closer look at the Kings Roster and talks about the New leader in the Locker Room with the new faces on the team including Garrett Temple. Ken was with Students at the Jerry Manuel Foundation who are welcoming a very special guest Cornel West who grew up in Sacramento.




Cody had 2 Minutes of Mayhem. Cody talked with Author Christine Negroni of The Crash Detectives. Gabe Saglie from Travelzoo had some GREAT Viewer Choice Deals for Disneyland. Ryan Eldridge, Co-Founder of Nerds on Call  showed Cody some accessories that he says are essential for optimum smartphone enjoyment. Cody had another edition to the Sound Bite Hall of Fame. Ryan from Nerds on Call joined Cody to talk about when teens use the internet to commit crimes, and what parents should do to prevent it. Today is National Coffee Day so what better way to celebrate than with a Coffee truck and today Cody Julissa were with Mighty Coffee Truck.
