Tina: Freezin For A Reason
Today on Good Day Tina was with a group of people taking a plunge in freezing waters for Nick Rouse! Who is Nick you ask? At 17 Nick was on a rope swing when he dove into the water he landed head first on river bed breaking his neck in 2 places, causing his C-1 vertebrae to crack and C-5 vertebrae to shatter. Nick is now a C-5 quadriplegic which means he is paralyzed from mid-chest down, has some arm and wrist movement but no hands or finger movement. Today with the help of Help HOPE Live, a non-profit organization, people can dive into the pool to raise money for all people in Nick’s position.

Tina: Freezin For A Reason
Today on Good Day Tina was with a group of people taking a plunge in freezing waters for Nick Rouse! Who is Nick you ask? At 17 Nick was on a rope swing when he dove into the water he landed head first on river bed breaking his neck in 2 places, causing his C-1 vertebrae to crack and C-5 vertebrae to shatter. Nick is now a C-5 quadriplegic which means he is paralyzed from mid-chest down, has some arm and wrist movement but no hands or finger movement. Today with the help of Help HOPE Live, a non-profit organization, people can dive into the pool to raise money for all people in Nick’s position.
