Dave and Tina returned to Pollock Pines to give back to those who helped Dave out of the Snow yesterday and they had a snow day of fun.
Bethany was checking out Mojo's Kitchen428 as today and running through January 28th Visit Yolo has begun their "Taste of Yolo Restaurant Week. Bethany was getting a Preview of the 43rd Annual Guns and Hoses Football Game Presented by The Pig Bowl taking place at 1pm January 28th at Sac State to benefit Firefighters Burn Institute, Sacramento Sheriff Toy Project, and FAMILIES FOR EARLY AUTISM TREATMENT.

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Pound boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3-1/2 Cups, chilled , cooked Jasmine Long Grain White Rice or Hinode Long Grain White Rice
1 Stalk celery, diagonally sliced
1 Small carrot, shredded
1 to 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/8 Teaspoon Black pepper
Direction:
Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Cook and stir until lightly brown.
Add all remaining ingredients, stir until heated through. Serves 6.

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Pound boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3-1/2 Cups, chilled , cooked Jasmine Long Grain White Rice or Hinode Long Grain White Rice
1 Stalk celery, diagonally sliced
1 Small carrot, shredded
1 to 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/8 Teaspoon Black pepper
Direction:
Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Cook and stir until lightly brown.
Add all remaining ingredients, stir until heated through. Serves 6.
