Cambi was at Washington Elementary with Yoga Seed Collective where some of the students showed how they use mindfulness in their everyday lives. Cambi was with Jennifer Irwin at Track 7 learning more about The Art of Beer which is happening at the end of this month, Track 7 wanted to have some fun and for the second year, they are hosting a coloring competition this Thursday night where you can win two tickets to the Art of Beer just by being a good colorer or creative. They are also teaming with Waffle Experience for Beer and Waffle pairings. Cambi was at Natomas Middle School with North Natomas TMA where for the 5th year in a row, kids who demonstrate good character are awarded with a free bike. 50 bikes are awarded and volunteers, along with the kids, put the bikes together.
Nha was with Ashley Ware a Good Day viewer in Elk Grove needs your help to give the homeless and hand up before the next big storm! With the help of popular neighborhood app NextDoor people from all over the community are reaching into their closets and giving what they have to keep the homeless warm this winter. Nha met Eleven-year-old Blake Jacobs of Dixon Calif who has qualified for the National punt pass and kick competition in Orlando Florida. Nha was at Mrs. Kay's Sweet Treats to see who’s first up and why they decided to partner up this year.

It’s all to help raise money for different programs like the Yoga Seed Collective that teaches mindfulness for 5th and 6th graders. Cambi: Yoga With The Kings
This week the NBA is focusing on fitness with different classes like yoga with the Kings at Golden 1 Center. It’s all to help raise money for different programs like the Yoga Seed Collective that teaches mindfulness for 5th and 6th graders. Today on Good Day Cambi was at Washington Elementary with Yoga Seed Collective where some of the students showed how they use mindfulness in their everyday lives.
