Kevin celebrated Johnny Appleseed Day with kids at Junction Elementary Adventure Club by making mini apple fritters topped with ice cream. Kevin was with Rancho Cordova Police who are honoring students.
Heather was checking out Ben Mackie Fitness in Stockton which has become one of the go-to places to get your fitness on! He specializes in small group and one-on-one training programs and always has multiple trainers on-hand helping with all of your fitness needs. Heather was at Nutcher Milk Company learning why they are different than most dairies! From the way they treat their cows and process the milk. Heather even learned the old school way of milking a cow and how and why they use glass bottles rather than paper cartons or plastic containers.

Tina was learning more about “Brave a Shave for Kids With Cancer” It’s St. Baldrick's time again and a several people will have their heads shaved Monday at de Vere’s at 6 pm. The six-year total for the event downtown is over $1 million. Executive Chef Patrick Mulvaney of Mulvaney’s B&L brought Sydney, who turns 11 on Tuesday, who is shaving her head for the second time! Plus, Patrick wants his Paddy the Pig back! Paddy is the event mascot.

Final Thought on today's show
For months I was silent on the Mark issue and for good reason. I was asked out of respect from Good Day to please let them handle their business in house and to just continue my work as though Mark wasn't there that he was taken time off to get better. Now that Mark has come out and turned in his Good Day resignation I was in contact with Mark as much as I could be. Not getting details but making sure he was doing okay. We would never talk about that night nor the business of Good Day. I would ask about movies such as Star Wars, Deadpool and just check in with each other. I continued to pray for Mark and his family all while respecting the wishes of Good Day. I didn't get involved in online debates because it was none of my business. I respect everyone involved and just because Mark is no longer on Good Day doesn't mean my friendship and brotherhood with him will end. Thank you everyone for all your support and thank you Good Day for letting Mark say Goodbye. Today's a new Day and tomorrow is now a new edition of #Caturday
