Leading off today's recap is Courtney who was with Richard Moran. President of Menlo College and Moran Manor While Apple and Facebook, have cool names, there are plenty of Bay Area companies that offer fantastic job opportunities, even if they don’t have employment sex appeal. Courtney was getting a preview of the FREE event Be You Like A Girl who are teaching ladies at an early age that doing anything like a girl is the most amazing thing, like ever.
Kevin was at the Placer County Spelling Bee.
Laura was with Nikki Van Noy and her husband Aaron a local couple who had a tropical paradise turn into a disaster zone after Cyclone Winston. The couple said their “I dos” just before the storm hit. Gary Conrad was in studio hypnotizing Tina and Chris Emery before he performs tonight at Tommy T’s Rancho Cordova
Tina was with Sacramento SPCA for this week's Pet of the Week. This week we met Sebastian the Guinea Pig. Tina was in the Kitchen with Celebrity chef to the stars Frank Miller who has cooked for everyone from Mary J. Blige to Puff Daddy, and, most recently, Sacramento Kings’ Rajon Rondo. Chef Frank showed how to cook potato chip-crusted halibut, with caper shallot and parsley tartar sauce plus garlic and lemon sautéed spinach as a side dish.
Roqui was getting a preview of the Yuba Sutter Brewfest Saturday March 12th at 4pm at Yuba Sutter Fairgrounds. Roqui was learning more about Women's Veterans Alliance.
