Melissa was at Lifetime Fitness Roseville for The Capital Region Gets fit! Local mayors are teaming up in a campaign to promote health and recreation amenities throughout the greater Sacramento region.

Kristin was at Mrs. D’s Boutique checking out what they have now that they have moved.
Tina:
Today is National TV Dinner Day and today on Good Day Tina was in the kitchen with Patty from Raley's. Tina was talking Mezzetta Olives who is celebrating its 80th anniversary! This family owned business started in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood and is still going strong. Today Tina, Cody, Mark, Julissa all stuffed olives in a friendly competition.

Courtney's Check This Out was AWESOME... It's A Moon In Your Room. Courtney was at Kast Academy where kids can learn to dance.
Ken:
Senator Jim Nielsen joined Ken to talk about tomorrow's Hometown Hero's Parade for the 3 local men who took down a terrorist in France a few weeks ago.
Cody:
Cody was with Ryan from Nerds On Call who was in talking about Tech Hacks. Ryan from Nerds on Call was back with Cody breaking down the new Apple products announced.
Mark:
Mark talked with Savannah Westbrook from Sacramento Harley Davidson who are taking part in tomorrow's Parade and Sac State students will be taking part as well.
Quick Thought:
From workouts, to dancing, to stuffing of olives. today's Good Day had it all and so much more. Not only did they do the Whip and the Nay Nay more on that in a moment. but Cody was with Ryan from Nerds on Call who showed some cool Tech Hacks as well as broke down the new Apple Announcements from yesterday that includes a new feature of taking a photo that turns into a quick video showing what happened after you took the photo. This is a very cool feature that will be sure to have customers dancing in the line to wait for the new phone to come out.
Courtney had a very cool Check This Out with a Moon in Your Room that shows what the moon will look like plus it has the Moon Landing recording. I want one. Courtney also got everyone in the mood for some dancing when she went to Kast Academy where kids are learning to dance so they don't hold the wall up at school during dances. The whole crew was dancing to the Whip and the Nay Nay.
Melissa spent her morning at Lifetime Fitness where local leaders are getting fit. Melissa even wore an Orange Costume all morning long.
Mark had a ton of entertainment news today.
Ken and Mark got a preview of tomorrow's Sacramento Heroes Parade that can be seen on #CW31 at 12pm.
We all have eaten TV Dinners. Some Classic some more modern. Today our friends at Raley's showed Tina how we can now take those old classics and give them a makeover. Patty had some great ideas. Tina was also with Mezzetta Olive who turns 80 and she was joined by Mark, Julissa, and Cody for a little Olive Stuffing.
Remember a couple of weekends ago Kristin was checking out the new location of Mrs. D's Boutique and Shawki even put on a dress. She was back today looking as stunning as ever in a sliver dress looking at how the store is doing since they moved to Roseville from Elk Grove.
