Today is the day Mark will jump in the bay and attempt to swim 6 miles from Bridge to Bridge. This 10k Swim has been done before however usually not during heavy shark season like Mark is doing. Why is he doing it? it's also something he's always wanted to do. In addition to the swim today Hand Pickin Emporium and Chill Seekers team together to check out a Haunted Couch. It's Sweeps and Squeeze Inn Mobile Food Truck is hanging out at Good Day. We check in on the Networking Record Breaking attempt. We do some Mall Wine Tasting with Wise Villa Winery and Marianne has her Daily List While Ken shows how to fold your Pocket Square in the Manly Minute. Melissa leads today's recap when she was with Chill Seekers at Hand Pickin Emporium where Tis the season for a chilling fright! Chill Seekers a paranormal investigation group is back at the Hand Pickin Emporium in Rocklin to follow up on one of their most successful investigations- a couch that is haunted by “Elizabeth!” Melissa was at Westfield Galleria at Roseville checking out the Wise Villa Winery Tasting Bar.
Lori was checking out the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce Record Breaking Speed Networking Attempt. It’s an Extreme Meet and Greet! Here’s your chance to rub elbows with some of the top business professionals in the Greater Sacramento area.

Ken and Marianne talked with Dr. Phil about Jared Fogle
Early Morning 5am Mark S. Allen boarded a boat to head to the Bay Bridge to attempt the Bridge to Bridge swim in San Francisco Bay. Shortly before 530am Mark got into the water to make the 6 mile trip through the bay. With continuous updates from his support team of Terry Haggert, Dave Grashof, DART, Trainer Brian Heise, and Shark Stewart Daniel McGuire who we met yesterday. As Mark continued to make the swim and updates poured in it was apparent that Mark would soon accomplish this goal that he set out to do. As the Sun began to rise the Golden Gate Bridge became more clear and the goal was almost complete. Then just before 8am Mark touched the Bridge boarded the boat and the celebration was on. It's over. It's ALL OVER. In just about 2.5 hours Mark finished the swim from Bridge to Bridge. See how it all went down and what took place after that.

With apologies to all the other fine segments on today's show my favorite was watching Mark S. Allen accomplish his goal of swimming Bridge to Bridge in just about 2.5 hours. If not for the help his Trainer Brian Heise for getting him prepared. For John Armand for approving the stunt. Terry and Dave for their AWESOME Camera Work. Corey for keeping the show going and Daniel McGuire from Shark Stewart and DART Team for keeping Mark Safe. Truth is I worried sick about him but I knew he could do it if he kept his mind right and he did. Tomorrow is the annual Good Day Halloween Costume Show and Dance Party Friday. Plus Roqui Rocks the Bay 430-10a on #CW31 7-10a on KBCWtv Thank you everyone at Good Day for all your hard work and support you give me.
