Leading off our recap today Melissa was at Kaufman and Clark Plastic Surgery learning how to get rid of the stubborn fat on your thighs. Melissa was then at Fright Planet getting makeup tips for Halloween in addition to getting some at home Decorating tips for Halloween where she got scared.
Tina as always starts her day in Rover but the she was at Mesa Verde High School where JT's Wood Carvings took dead trees from the drought and made them into a bench and statue for the school. Tina and Dave then caught up with a local veteran who is prepping for this Sunday’s UnitedHealthcare Ride 2 Recovery California Challenge — a seven-day, 516-mile ride from the San Francisco Bay Area to LA. Tina ended her day getting a preview of Modern Table Meals Helping busy moms with quick meals.
Courtney was getting a preview of Mermaid Tail with Lace Salon. Then it was time Courtney was with Crash and SPCA getting an update on the dog Dave found last week.

Jason talked with Actress Jennifer Grey about Red Oak and thes famous Dirty Dancing Lift that he and Cambi plan to do. Jennifer said she never practiced the lift and it was only shot once.
Cody was with Sacramento icon Tom Goodwin who will celebrate his 90th birthday by gathering 90 of his bike riding buddies to go on a long ride where he will ride over his 45 miles on his way to reaching 90,000 miles

We close out today looking back at some of today's favorites and starting off with both Cody and Melissa being back. Cody not feeling well yesterday was back and ready to go today and Melissa always ready for some Fright or not when she was scared out of her wits at Fright Planet. Tina is never scared checking out Wood Carving art at Mesa Verde and learning how a group of Bike riders are Riding 2 Recovery from San Francisco to LA. Cody was celebrating 90 years no not his but with Tom Goodwin who turns 90 and was going to ride his bike 90 miles but instead took it to 45 on his way to 90,0000 miles. Mark at Great American Speedway racing for a cause with Flavio. Courtney checking out Mermaid Tails with Lace Salon and Dive Bar Mermaids. Courtney also got an update on Crash the Dog. Ken joined the circus and talked about the Black and White Fur Ball Event at Sacramento SPCA this weekend. Jason talking to Jennifer Grey was pretty funny and of course everyone at Good Day for all their hard work and support they give me. Tomorrow we dance into the weekend and Julissa heads to Roseville High School for High School Kickback all starting at 430a on #CW31 with Roqui coming into the mix for KBCW fans 7-10am
