Martian Movie Soars to the Top / @Markatthemovies Episode 215 Highlights

Box Office Report:
With a $17,000,000 opening Friday The Martian has soared to #1 at the Box Office and estimates say this Rocket Man reached 55,000,000 by the end of the weekend. Matt Damon stars in this Ridley Scott 3D Space Epic and will surely send last week's #1 Hotel Transylvania 2 to #2 with $33,000,000 followed by Sicario with $12,075,000 coming in 3rd followed by The Intern with $11,620,000 and Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials to round out the top 5 with $7,650,000 . With the big opening for The Martian has matched the Friday opening of Gravity which went on to make $55.8 Million on its opening Weekend.

This week on Mark at the Movies it started off with Mark finding the focus group of kids Brian brought in only to find out nome of them knew who Mark S Allen was.
Once the show got started Mark, Dionna, Brian, Short-E Drea, and Crystal all talked about the #1 Movie The Martian. Everyone seemed to enjoy it just Mark, Brian, Dionna and Short-E did a little more.
The rest of the show talked about new to DVD movies Avengers Age of Ultron Spy and Entourage.
All in all it was another solid show with a light release of movies this weekend.
