Today on Good Day Heather was in Stockton with 2 Twins Jackson and Jameson who were born with only 1 eye each.

Jackson and Jameson Lopez are twin boys born May 2, 2014 to Summer Hollingsworth and Michael Lopez of Stockton, CA. Both were born with a rare condition called anophthalmia, which means that they are missing their right eye. Jackson also suffers from microphthalmia which means he has a small underdeveloped right eye, and is blind. Anophthalmia/microphthalmia are rare conditions that affect approximately 780 children each year, it is even more rare in twins. Jackson and Jameson see many specialists such as neurologists, ocularists, orthopedic surgeons, ophthalmologists and geneticists on a monthly basis, sometimes weekly. Traveling expenses and medical bills not covered by their insurance are mounting and with two older brothers and a sister, Jackson and Jamesons family could really use some help. From Brunches to Easter Surprises to Easter Train today's Good Day had it all covered with Special Celebrity Guest Host Sean Bennett filling in for Cody and Lori with his real wife Melissa. These 2 are the BEST Husband and Wife team on TV. They are like a Peep with a Pinot and pair up perfectly as Melissa showed with some Pinots and Peeps today. Melissa was also with Social Media Print Studio showing off their product. Sean a former Sports Reporter returned to his roots to bring us this weeks Just Enough Sports plus talked to the winners of the Moustache Competition that took place last weekend. 



The first ever and hopefully annual Good Day Easter Egg Hunt took place with Melissa and Sean guiding Kevin through the newsroom to find the eggs hidden.



Cambi got the task of the Easter Bunny Helper Hoping her way through Sacramento and surrounding areas delivering baskets to lucky girls and boys.



Nha started her day on Brunch duty first stopping by Hoppy Brewery Company and then Claim Jumpers with a 7 foot tall cake. Okay not really that big but it was 7 layers. After brunch she went aboard the Sacramento Easter Train where they have all kinds of activities for kids such as reading, Egg hunt and the Easter Bunny. 



Heather was covering the Stockton the Easter Sunday first making her way to Edible Arrangements then to check out Spring Flowers at Lowes. She ended her day with a Brunch at French 25. It was Heather's 9am story that will bring tears to your eyes when she delivered baskets to 2 special young boys who where born with only 1 eye each as twins.

Mel: Deviled Egg Recipe
Today on Good Day KathiSue Summers joined via phone to talk Melissa through  her Deviled Egg Recipe
12 hard cooked eggs peeled and cut in half
Place the yokes in a small mixing bowl and mash the yokes
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon of Old Bay
1 Teaspoon of Dill Weed
2 Tablespoons of Dill Pickle Relish
1/2 C Mayo (I use Hellman’s/Best Foods) You can put more mayo in if you want them even more creamier.
Salt to taste
Mixed ingredients and place in the eggs… I use a cake decorating bag to put in the eggs because there is better control of how much goes in each egg. If you have some left, my uncle says it is really good on Ritz crackers.
