Today's Recap:
Nha was with Golden Spikes 12U Cowboys baseball team who just won huge honors! Two weekends ago, they traveled to the Bay Area for the 2016 Fall State Championships and WON! NOW they are officially RANKED #1 in the Nation in the 12U Majors Division by USSSA. Now they need help getting to Cooperstown 2017. Nha was at El Camino High School with Sasha Agent-Marrier from Spring IntoMotion Coaching learning how to become a cheerleader by getting some lessons on how to jump, kick, and tumble.



Cambi was checking out McDonald’s restaurants in the Sacramento, Stockton, and Modesto area hosted the 2nd Annual Golden Arches Run in Sacramento benefiting the Ronald McDonald's House.  Cambi was at Goodwill checking out the AMAZING selection of gently used Halloween costumes they offer. Cambi was getting a preview of today's Sacramento Police Department Vs Citrus Heights Police Department Inaugural Softball Game at Raley Field.



Ericka was with runners who had the chance to remember legendary singer Johnny Cash at the second annual Folsom Blues Breakout Half Marathon. Ericka was at the Sacramento International Auto Show checking out the final day including a replica of the original Batmobile. Ericka was at Sacramento Comic-Con with 2 of the Stars from Walking Dead and Blue Power Ranger David Yost taking place at the McClellan Conference Center for a day of fun filled with comic book artists, actors and more




Kevin was with Best in Class Education Center Instructor John Crisafi who gave tips to parents how to make Halloween memorable for the kids by demonstrating some fun ways to incorporate learning into the holiday celebrations.



Melissa had her Run Don't Walk Deal of the Day. Melissa introduced Rockin Road To Dublin to the Good Day Stage before they take the stage tonight at Sacramento Community Center Theater. Melissa had today's Hot Headlines.



Ben from Empire's Comic Vault joined Cody for The Walking Dead 101. The Wait is over!!!! After 6 grueling months, we will FINALLY know tonight who Negan killed on The Walking Dead. Tina was Dishin with Tina at Angel Platters A Valley's Cafe 2931 Sunrise Blvd. Rancho Cordova, CA.  Cody inducted a 90 year old Cub Fan into the Soundbite Hall of Fame. #SunDog Video of the Week. Cody was with 7-Year-Old Sofia Sanchez to talk about her story that has made national headlines after her mom Jennifer posted a series of videos of Sofia, explaining to people that down syndrome is not scary. Since October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month Jennifer wanted to show people that Down Syndrome is nothing to be afraid of and that just because someone has it, it doesn’t mean they cannot have an amazing future like everyone else. Cody talked with Eda Kaban, the illustrator of EVEN SUPERHEROES HAVE BAD DAYS, prior to her doing a book signing at Face In A Book in El Dorado Hills.

Ericka: Folsom Blues Half Marathon
Today on Good Day Ericka was with runners who had the chance to remember legendary singer Johnny Cash at the second annual Folsom Blues Breakout Half Marathon. The 13.1-mile race pays tribute to Johnny Cash, the late singer whose 1955 song ‘Folsom Prison Blues’ became a hit. He later recorded a live album ‘At Folsom Prison’ during a 1968 visit there.

Cambi: Golden Arches Run
I’m Runnin’ it! Today on Good Day Cambi was checking out McDonald’s restaurants in the Sacramento, Stockton, and Modesto area hosted the 2nd Annual Golden Arches Run in Sacramento benefiting the Ronald McDonald's House. This event included a 5K and a 10K run throughout the downtown Sacramento area and featured a mile and half-mile “Fun Run” for kids, and an opportunity to try and outrun the Hamburglar.
