It's Presidents Day and on this day it's another classic Good Day Show Down except it's only between Tina/Dave Vs Cambi/David McCain. in Rover Scavenger Hunt 2.0. The 2 teams have several items to find throughout the show. Also on the show today Healthywage is paying you to lose weight, we'll find out more about this. Lani Muelrath is back with some healthy foods. It's another Girl Scout Cookie Mega Cookie Drop and we are there to witness all the cookies coming near you. Visions recycling wants your old paint and today we learn more. It's My Hair Sacramento is teaming with some other hair care products to help prevent hair loss. Today we join Mia'sha and her team for more. Philanthropy is bringing fashion and charity together we'll find out more. Marianne will have her Daily List. Leading off today's recap is Melissa when she was at BMP Baseball learning how kids can hit like the pros from the pros. Melissa was with a local couple who brings fashion and charity together with Philanthropy Davis.



Nha was checking out Vision Recycling where from the time a gallon of paint leaves your garage and is properly handled, sorted, dumped, reformulated and repackaged into a brand new gallon of paint.



Heather was with Girl Scout Troops  as they awaited the Mega Cookie Drop. 



Courtney was with Davis High School Student who score a PERFECT Score on on AP Calculus Exam. Courtney was with Author Lani Muelrath of The Plant Based Journey and author of the bestselling book How Not to Die Michael Greger to show what to eat to help prevent and treat the top fifteen causes of death! Courtney was with Mia'sha Helton from Its My Hair talking about Hair Loss and ways of navigating to camouflage hair loss caused by age, medication, disease, etc.



Marianne talked with David Roddenberry rom Healthywage who is paying you to lose weight. All you have to do is invest and keep your goal and you could win $10,000. Marianne took a look a different Diet Plans including Weight Watchers. Marianne talked with Brianne Strandberg about her success story. Continuing to look at Diets Marianne previewed Medifast.

What a GREAT fun day of Rover Scavenger Hunt 2.0 and more fun on today's Good Day. With 30 items sought the two teams of Cambi and Dave McCain and Tina and Dave Grashoff as they searched for the items on the list. Each team battled and it came right down to the end only to end in a tie. Also Mia'sha Helton helped us understand how to fix hair loss.
