Justin a 12 year Special Needs Child with a brain injury is getting a backyard that will help him get around more easily with help from Matt at HGTV Yard Crashers and local contractors for Builds of Love.
Courtney:
Courtney was in Elk Grove at Kritter Kamp Rescue not only learning how this ALL volunteer rescue works but what you can do to help with donations. In addition to that former Good Day Producer Alicia de La Garza just recently adopted a dog from the rescue so we got to see both of them as well.
Marianne/Mark:
Mark was with Erika Bjork fro Sac Republic FC to talk about Cape Crusader Night this Saturday at the Sac Republic FC Game. Marianne was in the kitchen making Rice Krispie treats, Chocolate Chip Cookies for 1 in the Microwave.

What a show today. Ken was off as well as Alexis so that meant Marianne started at 430a and Cody and Courtney along with her. Mark was even there right at 5am ready to go. But then she brought such a special story about a young man who has a brain injury and special needs so with help from contractors and Build For Love he's getting a very special Backyard.
