Today's Recap:
Monday June 8th Temperatures are heating up and could pass 100 today but don't worry Good Day has your recipe for "Cool" Some of things planned today are Funderland has a new ride just in time for Summer. Michael Marks is giving us a rare tour of one of the largest distributors for flowers. Jason Mewes from Jay and Silent Bob will stop by the studio to talk about Wonder Con taking place later this month. Need a Father's Day gift? Anson Belt and Buckle could be your answer. Nha:
Are you familiar with Bodie Bowl? Nha tells all about it today on Good Day. Nha was then at Chipotle's newest location in Rancho Cordova seeing what it takes to prepare each day. 



Melissa:
Funderland is getting a new Ride and Melissa was finding out how you could score big by naming it by going on their Facebook Page. Today is going to be a scorcher outside so how do you know if you're getting too much sun? There's an app for that and Melissa told all about it as well as talking with Dr. Tanghetti on ways to protect yourself. Help make the world better celebrating at Lush for World Ocean Day.



Mark:
Release the Beast with a Animal Workout Mark was with Lifetime Fitness in Roseville. 



Ken/Marianne:
American Pharoah won the Triple Crown over the weekend. Ken talked live with the horse.... Well sort of. This will be going on Ken's resume tape for sure. However on serious note Ken did talk with Trainer Bob Baffert via phone about this historic Triple Crown Win. Adding in Mark Marianne and Ken talked with Jason Mewes from Jay and Silent Bob who is in town to promote his appearance at WonderCon and their Podcast. Marianne had different hacks for the use of Dish Soap. A local scout James Fackrell is trying to get his Eagle Scout by a fund raiser of donating backpacks to those in need and needs our help getting it funded through our Go Fund Me page. A perfect gift for Father's Day is the new Anson Belt and Buckle. Ken loves this concept. 
 


Quick Thought:
With the temperatures rising It's important to stay as cool as possible so walk the mall and stop by Lush for World's Ocean Day and help save the world like Melissa, or name the new Funderland ride and have a chance to win great prices as Melissa showed.



One thing you can do is sign up for Brodie Bowl as Nha talked about or go to Chipotle for lunch perhaps the newest Rancho Cordova location on Sunrise. All things Nha did today. 



It's always fun to be "Horsing Around" like Good Day is always knowing to do and that held true to today with Ken horse playing with Mark and Cody. But one thing you don't want Horse Around with is the Scout trying to give back so please donate to his Go Fund  Me page to help raise money for backpacks to give to those in need what they need.
