Zuda Yoga is encouraging men to join classes and through June Matt Tucker is offering 1st Class Free. Today he showed his style using some of the men from Good Day. Jon Meris, John Armand, Corey Prince, Kevin Hernandez, Mike Dietz, and Mark S Allen all participated in the segment.

The Burn Institute is this weekend and one of it's sponsors is American River Brewery. Mark was there learning the process of what it takes to make their beer.

Final Thought on today's show
Today's show had some great highlights and some of my favorites were Mark getting History of Beer Making and talking about the Burn Institute Tropical Affair event taking place June 27. Kristin was in Rocklin for the Bass Pro Shop Job Fair. How awesome is it that 250 jobs are opening up getting more people back to work. Nha was pairing beers with Cheese and Cheese with burgers at Nugget Market that was cool. CAMBI WAS BACK! Lori was covering the 9am hour and some of the men including Mark S. Allen and Boss John Armand took part in Yoga for men. Courtney with Designer Cesar Chavez making pillows and pillowcases and of course all of the GREAT people who work behind the scenes of Good Day each and everyday. Today's show had some great highlights and some of my favorites were Mark getting History of Beer Making and talking about the Burn Institute Tropical Affair event taking place June 27. Kristin was in Rocklin for the Bass Pro Shop Job Fair. How awesome is it that 250 jobs are opening up getting more people back to work. Nha was pairing beers with Cheese and Cheese with burgers at Nugget Market that was cool. CAMBI WAS BACK! Lori was covering the 9am hour and some of the men including Mark S. Allen and Boss John Armand took part in Yoga for men. Courtney with Designer Cesar Chavez making pillows and pillowcases and of course all of the GREAT people who work behind the scenes of Good Day each and everyday.
