Nha:
Nha was checking out a new hair care product the Tangler from Mixed Chicks on Cody's daughter Chelsea who gave it a Thumbs Up. A local shop in Lincoln is celebrating it's 2nd year and Nha was checking everything Bayabelle Boutique has to offer. Nha was at the Fountains in Roseville at Pet Food Express for an Adopt-a-thon. Nha finished her day at a Large Neighborhood Garage Sale in Carmichael until 8pm tonight.



Heather:
As temperatures heat up Heather got tips for Do's and Don'ts for your Air Conditioner. Heather then headed to the Fruit Bowl in Stockton to check out local produce, Honey and of course their bake shop famous for their pies. Apollo Audtions are wrapping up today for the talent for the October 2nd show in Stockton. Heather was checking it out.



Michael:
Michael was at the 8th and W Farmers Market checking out the corn and more.



Lori:
Lori had the Hot Headlines.



Cody/Melissa:
Cody and Melissa talked with Daniel Britton who created a font to help those with Dyslexia. This is truly fascinating. Melissa found it, Cody posed as cats. Melissa was outback with Granola Girl Food Truck. A Healthy choice for a Food Truck. Gabrielle Reece joined Cody and Melissa to talk about HIGHX Workouts at 24 Hour Fitness. Not Cody and Melissa but Alex the Yelp Guy was at a children's Boutique Moppet Shoppe. Melissa talked with Beauty expert Kate De Ponte about Teen Beauty Blunders. Cody was with the Pink Diamond Sharks who went 19-0.

Before we tie the know on this show lets take a quick look back at what some of the reporters and host did. Anyday you can start your day with the Stark kids you're day can't go wrong. What's great about The Fruit Bowl other than all the fresh fruit? Their homemade Fruit pies as Heather showed us. As shown on the show before in contests Mark has been a part of this area has some great local talent and that is true once again as Heather checked out the Auditions for Night at Apollo. Nha was at a large Garage sale and everything that doesn't go will be donated to local churches according to one participant. It's always great to see kids doing great things and that includes the team Pink Diamond Sharks who went 19-0. Cody is a wizard at finding things that are interesting and taking the step further to bring them on as a guest much like today when he and Melissa talked with Daniel Britton who has created a Font for those who are Dyslexic. This is such an amazing thing and as a person who suffers from Dyslexia it is so helpful. Melissa introduced us to a new healthy Food Truck Granola Girls Food Truck. That is such a great idea I would love for them to expand. Plus Cody and Melissa talked with Gabriel Reese about a new workout being offered at 24 Hour Fitness. It was another solid show today on Good Day with your Hosts Cody, Melissa with Lori, Nha, and Heather. Some of my favorite parts of the show are of course the staples of Sunday Ask Eleanor, Dishin With Tina and Mark's Movie Minute. One other staple biweekly is that of The Plant Lady. Also the Dyslexic Font. The Hair Care product Cody's daughter Chelsea tried not so much for the product but I love seeing the kids. Heather checking out The Fruit Bowl and it's history. Alex The Yelp Guy talking about Moppet Shoppe and Kate De Ponte with Melissa and finally the Pink Diamond Sharks Of course all the hard working people we don't see that work at Good Day to bring the show to us each day.
