This week Mark at the Movies celebrates it's 250th show. While the lineup has changed over the course of the years. the concept has always remained the same. Mark and his Co-host talk about movies like friends talk about them. His first and many of the episodes co starred Ashley Williams which first aired September 26, 2009.
Let me be one of many to congratulate Mark S Allen and Mark at the Movies congratulations on this wonderful accomplishment. Many have come through but you never forget your first and I know the first show will always be special in my heart much like my first time seeing the weekend show and how well that has evolved over the years with Cody at the helm.

Today Cody talked to a Performance Interpreter. Sharron Ramsey performs Sign Language while stars perform. She has worked with bands like Maroon 5. One story she shared was with Adam Levine not knowing the words so he stood near Sharron so he could read the lyric sheet as he sang the new song. She has also performed with The Who.
Today on Good Day she performed her craft on the Good Day Stage as she Interpreted Frank's Midday Moon.
You can see Sharron at the California State Fair performing tonight and again tomorrow with Hinder.

Sunrise Swim Team is holding their 46th Annual Swim Show tonight at Rauch Park and you can attend for just $2. Melissa even got in the pool and do you remember when Cody and Mark tried their hands at being synchronized swimmers? Here is a photo for you to remember.
Go Speed Racer:
Heather was at Stockton 99 for youth Go Kart racing. These kids have a need, a need for speed. These kids are racing for Money and age range goes from 7 and up.

If you have ever played Laser Tag then today on Good Day it might have met it's match. Today Cody and Amy talked to the founder of Archery Tag. This game very popular on the east is making its way to the west coast. John, the founder joined via Skype to talk about it and was just at the Linkedin campus and will be at the Google campus shortly teaching this new game to the workers there.
It looks like a blast to play and I hope when John is out here again he can stop by the Good Day Studios to teach Cody how to play.

Today Cody talked to a Performance Interpreter. Sharron Ramsey performs Sign Language while stars perform. She has worked with bands like Maroon 5. One story she shared was with Adam Levine not knowing the words so he stood near Sharron so he could read the lyric sheet as he sang the new song. She has also performed with The Who.
Today on Good Day she performed her craft on the Good Day Stage as she Interpreted Frank's Midday Moon.
You can see Sharron at the California State Fair performing tonight and again tomorrow with Hinder.

Sunrise Swim Team is holding their 46th Annual Swim Show tonight at Rauch Park and you can attend for just $2. Melissa even got in the pool and do you remember when Cody and Mark tried their hands at being synchronized swimmers? Here is a photo for you to remember.
Go Speed Racer:
Heather was at Stockton 99 for youth Go Kart racing. These kids have a need, a need for speed. These kids are racing for Money and age range goes from 7 and up.

Tag:
If you have ever played Laser Tag then today on Good Day it might have met it's match. Today Cody and Amy talked to the founder of Archery Tag. This game very popular on the east is making its way to the west coast. John, the founder joined via Skype to talk about it and was just at the Linkedin campus and will be at the Google campus shortly teaching this new game to the workers there.
It looks like a blast to play and I hope when John is out here again he can stop by the Good Day Studios to teach Cody how to play.
Dishin With Tina:
This weeks edition of Dishin With Tina took her to Elk Grove/Wilton area in South Sacramento for Fat Mikes. Look for Fat Mike's Pizza to join in studio on Wednesday in the 9am hour of Good Day.
