Opening Statement:
As Football starts to gear up with NFL Camps opened all over the league you can see the hard work the players put in day after day.
Though I am a Bills fan I remember when I first moved to California and the 49ers held camp at Sierra College so we would make it an annual trip and I got to see them practice including Jerry Rice as a rookie.
One of he better parts of camp is seeing the players interact with fans and letting go and having fun with their teammates. This might be part of Show and Tell, News of the Weird or not shown at all but I wanted to share with all of you Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning dancing the Rocky Top. It's pretty funny.

Today is National Lasagna Day so Amy who is Italian headed to Elk Grove to learn how to make the BEST Lasagna from Elk Grove Italian Deli. We first saw this deli when they opened last year (2013) on the weekend show with Lori Wallace.
The lasagna looked so good I really need to check this place out.

Buster:
A couple of weeks ago we saw the photo of Buster Posey the Cat watching Cambi and Teen's Tunes. Today on Good Day Jason headed to Rocklin to see the cat himself. Buster loves Good Day but was not having any of Jason and it was completely apparent by the cats actions.
Watermelon Fail:
Amy was out in Davis today checking out an experiment where rubber bands can make a watermelon explode. Yes the experiment works just not when the TV camera is on. Each time they would leave the shot it would explode so the last time they stayed with it for a long time only to have TV fail once again. But it was pretty cool seeing how they exploded.
Morning Zoo:
Tomorrow at the Sacramento Zoo they are holding the 2nd Annual Wells Fargo Kids FREE Day. Today Mark was there with a preview and an Instagram Scavenger Hunt.
Roller Skater:
King Skate in Roseville is holding their Annual Skate camp. I will not be attending not because of the camp but because wheels and my feet don't go together.
Rich Kids:
EJ Johnson and Morgan Stewart from Beverly Hills Rich Kids joined via satellite. I am so sorry I cannot make a very good comment on this. It wasn't a "Bad" interview but it was awkward. Ken and Mark made the best of the situation but Morgan and EJ's responses made me want to punch my TV. Question 1. Is anyone getting married on the show this year? Answer: I don't know if someone does let me know. Question 2. How do you get your money. Answer It Falls from the sky. Today is National Lasagna Day so Amy who is Italian headed to Elk Grove to learn how to make the BEST Lasagna from Elk Grove Italian Deli. We first saw this deli when they opened last year (2013) on the weekend show with Lori Wallace.
The lasagna looked so good I really need to check this place out.
Facial:
Sharon from CNet was back for their Tuesday visit talking about Auto Face Tagging and Face Recognition. Facebook uses this technology and Amazon Fire uses Face Tracking.

Long time viewer Ken Habbestad was cleaning out a desk when he found a 1996 Grant High School Class Ring. If you or someone you know lost a ring from Grant in 1996 contact Tina for more info. They did not show one side of the ring because of the details it shared so if you know what that detail is then contact Tina.
Senior Safety:

Yesterday they tried to call viewer Janet Piper but did not answer. Today they called Janet and she had the time of her life making her today's 5am Club Member of the Day.
Buster:
A couple of weeks ago we saw the photo of Buster Posey the Cat watching Cambi and Teen's Tunes. Today on Good Day Jason headed to Rocklin to see the cat himself. Buster loves Good Day but was not having any of Jason and it was completely apparent by the cats actions.
Watermelon Fail:
Amy was out in Davis today checking out an experiment where rubber bands can make a watermelon explode. Yes the experiment works just not when the TV camera is on. Each time they would leave the shot it would explode so the last time they stayed with it for a long time only to have TV fail once again. But it was pretty cool seeing how they exploded.
Morning Zoo:
Tomorrow at the Sacramento Zoo they are holding the 2nd Annual Wells Fargo Kids FREE Day. Today Mark was there with a preview and an Instagram Scavenger Hunt.
Roller Skater:
King Skate in Roseville is holding their Annual Skate camp. I will not be attending not because of the camp but because wheels and my feet don't go together.
Rich Kids:
EJ Johnson and Morgan Stewart from Beverly Hills Rich Kids joined via satellite. I am so sorry I cannot make a very good comment on this. It wasn't a "Bad" interview but it was awkward. Ken and Mark made the best of the situation but Morgan and EJ's responses made me want to punch my TV. Question 1. Is anyone getting married on the show this year? Answer: I don't know if someone does let me know. Question 2. How do you get your money. Answer It Falls from the sky. GREAT Then make it rain at my house and quit living of mommy and daddy and get a job and off my TV.
