Today's favorite story comes by the way of Mark S. Allen. Mark has a segment that is called Allentown. Allentown travels to different cities in the viewing area and finds out what the locals are up to and by checking out historic places. Today's Allentown stopped in Auburn. First Mark was at Echo Valley checking out the horses, goats, chickens and all they have to offer. Then Mark and Dave went up the road to stop in at Oliver's at Clipper Gap. The beer is cold, the language is salty but it fit right in for laughs on Good Day today. Also one of the locals in the bar sang an Ask Eleanor song and Eleanor loved it. So this is today's Favorite Story.
Auction Items:
Cody loves to search the Internet and when he does he always finds some of the GREATEST things known to man. Today Cody shared in Show and Tell Movie and TV auction items that included the suit Mike Myers wore as Dr. Evil and Austin Powers. The auction starts Saturday July 12th.

Today's favorite story comes by the way of Mark S. Allen. Mark has a segment that is called Allentown. Allentown travels to different cities in the viewing area and finds out what the locals are up to and by checking out historic places. Today's Allentown stopped in Auburn. First Mark was at Echo Valley checking out the horses, goats, chickens and all they have to offer. Then Mark and Dave went up the road to stop in at Oliver's at Clipper Gap. The beer is cold, the language is salty but it fit right in for laughs on Good Day today. Also one of the locals in the bar sang an Ask Eleanor song and Eleanor loved it. So this is today's Favorite Story.
Auction Items:
Cody loves to search the Internet and when he does he always finds some of the GREATEST things known to man. Today Cody shared in Show and Tell Movie and TV auction items that included the suit Mike Myers wore as Dr. Evil and Austin Powers. The auction starts Saturday July 12th.

She will always be a Queen of Good Day but today Julissa interviewed 3 wannabe Queens at the Folsom Rodeo. Julissa also talked with an inspiring young singer who had her wish come true with Make A Wish last year to perform at her own concert. Now she is singing the National Anthem at the Rodeo.
Eppies:
When you are in a race you need to eat and eat healthy. So today on Good Day with help from Eppies Great Race Organizers and Kaiser Permanente talking about the event of the race on July 19th, Pasta Dinner on July 18th and the proper nutrition to eat prior to the race.
Drinking Green:
In today's edition of Check This Out Courtney talked about a drink called Daily Greens.
