Baltimore Bye:
Buffalo traveled to Big Easy to take on the Saints. New Orleans led by 5 TD passes by Drew Bree's handed the Bills the loss 35-17 despite Fairfield native Stevie Johnson playing through pain to catch 7 for 72 and a TD.
Sunday Night Football:
Minnesota had an NFL record with a 109 yard kick return. Then Green Bay took over the game winning 45-31.
Final Thoughts:
We end today how it began with weather changing. As promised by our favorite weather people snow would fall and as right on cue at one point by this morning some areas received up to 15 inches. We got some great weather pics first from Good Day Sacramento photographer Dave McCain and a Fox 40 viewer.
With 100 days away from the Winter Olympics My58 has turned that promotion level way up. To be fair they are a division of NBC and so they too are promoting the event and today Dorothy Hamel Gold metal skater joined to talk about that and more.
Fox and Sabrina had another installment of Don't be that guy. You know the one who brings a giant backpack in a crowd of people and hits you and everything when he's making his way through.
Both Fox &Good Day Sacramento showed the creative juices of the Ohio State Football Marching Band.
Today on Good Day Sacramento the laugh track was working overtime not the actual track but me along with the rest of the cast and viewers. First when Mel attempted to sing and let me say this. I love Melissa but I strongly hope she's not changing her career from reporter to singer anytime soon. Mel is a great reporter singer I'll let you be the judge. The other historical moment came when Courtney introduced us to a new Jelly Belly game with awful tasting jelly beans picked out of a box totally at random. Like Forest Gump said. "Life is a Box of Chocolates, you never know what your going to get." In this case it's jelly beans. We did have one inspiring moment that stuck out in the case of author Rita Anya Nara "The Anxious Traveler" What she has been able to overcome is just amazing.
For those who wonder about Cody we had a mini Good Day Sacramento reunion meeting with Cody Executive Producer Heather and former 5am producer Eric. They are both doing great working for AxsTV in the LA area. They even took time to film a mini segment with Cody Good Day Sacramento style. Yes Cody is missing a shoe... Ju was sick today, Mark is "Frozen" in New York. Coming to theaters in November.
