We made it to Friday but are sport hearts are heavy with the loss of the Oakland A's in the ALCS yet again to the Detroit Tigers. This loss marks the 0 for 6 tries in Game 5. The last 2 to the Tigers. Verlander out dueled any and all giving up only 2 hits through 8.
The other story I'm following is the pending lawsuit for the state vs. Heald College. I attended Heald therefore I can relate and share in the complaint. So much more ahead Today in the News....

Cody: Rock Photography Exhibit
There’s a new Beach Boys retrospective/trove of rarities out with a Sacramento connection. Chris English took pictures at the 1972 Memorial Auditorium Beach Boys concert when a fairly rare line up played. AND, he happened to get a shot with all the current Beach Boys in it: a rare occurrence. So, he got the photo included in the band’s new deluxe box set. He’s having a showing to celebrate at the Sacramento Rock and Radio Museum this Second Saturday.

The game featured The winless NY Giants taking on the struggling Chicago Bears. Struggles over.... Eli Manning brother of Payton threw not 1 not 2 but 3 INT's running his total for the year to 15 in 6 games. He had 15 all of last season. Needless to say the Giants are now 0-6 losing 27-21.

Final Thoughts:
We did it. We danced into the weekend to get ready to watch Cody, Amy and the entire Good Day Sacramento Weekend crew. But before we got to this point we had some fun. Though it is for a GREAT cause it was fun watching 2 former Good Day Sacramento cast members now current My58 members Lisa & Mae from the Canned Food Drive all morning long.
Fox you delivered fun today as well. The pumpkin carving was pretty awesome and so was the Zombie Train. But I loved Good Day Sacramento today. Mel from the Six Flags Fright Fest all morning was a "killer" punned intended. She played the Zombie role so creepy it was amazing. Mark at High School Kickback is always a good time but the 2 segments I really liked was the puppies especially the one kissing Audrey's face and the one Producer Tessa had. The other thing was the Rock photographer exhibit that Cody shared with us. That was so cool to see and learn about the history. I would have liked to have seen 1 more hit from it.
Great shows by all today. My58/Fox tied for Second. Good Day Sacramento was in the #1 slot in my ratings as usual.
