In Washington a 34 year old woman with her 1 year old in the car tried to run through the White House gates then Getting in a confirmation with police before being shot dead. The other big story was the recycle plant fire in Stockton. This already a dangerous fire quickly became out of control with the heavy winds. Thursday Night
Football: Thursday Night Football this week saw the Buffalo Bills take on the Cleveland Browns. The game was full of injuries but for the most part well played for 3 quarters. After losing Fairfield native Stevie Johnson with a lower back injury the Bills relied on RB Fred Jackson since CJ Spiller is injured but able to play. Down 17-10 at the Half the Bills lead the 2nd half off with a 56 yard run by the afore mentioned CJ Spiller. Then the unthinkable happened and after a long gain EJ Manuel the Bills Rookie QB was injured on his knee leaving the game and causing the hearts of Bills fans to drop. The Browns who also lost their QB Hoyer turned to Brandon Weeden to get the job done. Final score Browns 37-24 over Buffalo.
Final Thoughts:
With Fox40 focusing mostly on the Capital Air show this weekend it gives me not much to talk about with them but
one thing is curious... When was the last time you cleaned the couch? Do you really need to take it every time you go on the road? Are you aware that couch was made famous by former Fox40 member Annalee? I don't mind that you take it but scotch guard that thing. Stefanie, Kristina, Jim, & Eric need that for the 10pm news show too.
On My58/CNN we met Siri now we know who that is & who Charlie was on Charlie's Angels but my #justcurious question is Who is
the Big Voice on Good Day Sacramento? Asking Questions, Getting Answers....
Slow day can you tell?
Good Day Sacramento was all over spooky today from showing their now classic cartoon that quite frankly has not gotten old yet. Maybe on November 1st but not yet, Mel from the Haunted corn maze that made me jump more than once. Marianne's Daily List of scary movie remakes to viewers sharing their favorite scary movies.
We officially danced into the weekend with Lady Gaga so now we prepare for Good Day Sacramento Weekend with Cody, Amy, Lori, Tina, Mel, Nina, Eleanor and crew but before we get there it's Friday Night Lights & though my official team is on a bye I will still provide the scores as best as I can with the help of MaxPreps, Fox40 Final Quarter & Joe Davidson of the Sacramento Bee.
