Favorite Story of the Day: Local Vet Gets a New Home:
Today's favorite story of the day with Cambi Brown comes from Homes For our Troops are giving back to a wounded vet by building a home for him today in Woodland. He was wounded in Afghanistan by an IED that took both legs.
This story had me in tears making this story my favorite story of the day. 



Stage Nine
The return of Doctor Who is tonight and today on Good Day Cambi headed to Old Sacramento to check out all the Doctor Who items Stage Nine Entertainment has to offer. Cody wants a Time Lord Sweatshirt (Red) Medium or Large.



Chucks:
What could you possibly find for breakfast at Chuck's Hamburgers in Stockton? How about a very large pancake as Heather found out.



Post-it Party:
Lori was in Roseville today checking out the Post-it Party for Wellness Within. These special people take post-it notes and make art out of them. This is such a special story. I encourage everyone to check it out. 



Footsteps of Greatness:
Local Author Josh Mathe was in studio talking about his new book Footsteps of Greatness. This book covers Josh and his adventure out in the wilderness. 



Civil War Days:
Taking place this weekend in Lockeford is the Civil War Days. Heather was there checking out this historical event and reenactment. Today the event takes place from 9am-5pm and Sunday from 9am-4pm.

I love this new weekend segment brought to you by Melissa. Today she brought Diana from Pantry Overflow to talk about couponing and saving you money. 



Hair Fashion Battle:
Tonight join several Hair Salons and Fashion boutiques like Swagger in Sacramento for the Hair Fashion Battle Expo at Scottish Rite Temple. Cambi was there today on Good Day checking out and talking with the judges. This years theme is Hollywood Glam.
