Opening Statement:
Today is the day it officially gets underway with a whole slate of College Football games. From War Eagle of the Auburn Tigers to Benny Beaver and the Oregon State Beavers. UC Davis taking on Stanford to USC trying to leave their mess behind when they travel to Fresno. Yes College football is back and later this afternoon Cody will be glued to his TV watching his beloved Tigers of Auburn.
But before we put on our jerseys or college sweaters we need to see what is taking place Today in the News Saturday Edition....

Favorite Story of the Day: Football:
Staying with theme of  the day, Today favorite story is about Football.
Today Cambi did a first. She and Good Day where at your game but it was not Baseball or Soccer it was youth Football at McClatchy High School. Cody then showed his classic pictures of him when he played Football around the same age making this my favorite story of the day.

Full of Hot Air:
Heather was in Ripon checking out Color The Skies Hot Air Balloon and Kite Fest. She rode in the ReMax Balloon and then she got talked about a candy kite that drops candy for kids. This is like a flying pineta without having to break it because you just pull the string. She also learned about flying the balloons and the event goes back to Central Childrens Hospital.
What's For Breakfast at Perry's Cozy Diner:
If you love breakfast and Good Day this is the breakfast spot for you. Today Cambi was in Woodland finding out what Perry's Cozy Diner was serving for breakfast and she even made toast. What makes this place even better, They love Good Day and have it on the TV every morning.
Red Hat Ladies Garage Sale:
The Red Hat Ladies are having a garage sale and Tina was there checking it out.
Pears:
Again Michael Marks is the smartest Produce Man I know. Today we as well as Cody got a lesson on all things pears.
Waffle Experience:
With 29 different Waffles Tina was in Natomas for the newly opened Waffle Experience.
Going Back to Schools in the 70's:
Cambi was in Woodland for a very special 1970's Class Reunion.
Melissa's Coupon Corner:
Melissa's Coupon Corner was back today as the GREATEST Couponer I know Melissa Cabral was giving tips on all things couponing and saving money. She even revealed how stores raise prices to get you to buy one get one free when you are really not. Deals of the Week CVS and Walgreens.
Ernies:
Today Heather was in Manteca learning how to make the perfect Bloody Mary.
Guac Off:
The first and second place winners of last weeks Guac off came in to show their recipe and Amy and Cody got to taste test the 2 recipes from the winners.

Tina was checking out SacAnime today and she talked with 2 stars from Assassin as well as Squidward from Sponge Bob
Cider Chicken and Donuts
The Cider Bros came into studio today to make Cider Chicken and Donuts. Stop the presses this looked amazing.
Salon:
Heather was in Stockton checking out the High End Salon where not only can you get your hair done in style but you can charge your phone while doing it. Pomp Salon is now hiring new fresh out of school Stylist as well.
Red Power Ranger / Graceland:
Actor Brandon Jay McLaren joined in studio to talk about his appearance at SacAnime.

The Improv Group of Comedy Sports along with Cody recreate a Foreign Language fim
