Today's Recap:
Cambi was with Polly Pocket trying Out Woof Mints. Cambi was with Craig Perra at The Tower Theater in Roseville learning yoga from The Mindful Habit. mbi was with Sidney learning more about the Farm to Fork Brunch Next Sunday June 5th. While September may be known in part for a Farm-to-Fork dinner on the bridge.

Nha was with Hangtown EEA 512 where this weekend people can head to Sacramento Mather Airport for an unforgettable experience aboard one of the few remaining airworthy B-17s in the world. Nha was at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery as they prepare it for Memorial Day.

Dave was having Breakfast at Your Place at Roxie for son Tyler's Graduation. Dave was in Oak Park for the first  “Salon-Quartet” at Labelle Braid Salon & Beauty Supply for their Grand opening. Dave was at Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin for those who have been dreaming about summer camping, hiking, kayaking, fishing, picnicking and more can head to Bass Pro Shops “Go Outdoors” event this entire weekend.

Lori was with Jardesca Wines with some ideas on how to plan your Holiday brunch and garden parties with the perfect beverages. Lori had today's Hot Headlines. Lori and Melissa talked with Ne'Chell Bowens a local author who documented her life in her book, “Memoir of a Flight Attendant: The First 2 Years.” As a woman who was recently laid-off and simultaneously proceeding with a divorce, Ne’Chell Bowens was on the verge of giving up. Embarrassment and thoughts of failure consumed her as she strived to rebuild the foundation that was broken. That was until she was offered her dream job of being a flight attendant. Lori was learning how Sacramento’s own Joseph Looza from El Matador Mobile Mex teamed up with Got Milk to create a spicy taco and milk pairing.

Melissa introduced the Sacramento Women's Chorus to the Stage prior to their show at St. Mark's United Methodist Church on June 4th. Melissa's Run Don’t Walk Deal of the Day Melissa breaks down the Grocery Store ads for Memorial Day. It’s one of Summer’s hottest new games! Rollors is outdoor fun for the whole family! Melissa and Crew put it to the test. The Helmets performed on the Good Day stage prior to kicking off the BottleRock Napa Valley JaM Cellars Main Stage tomorrow! The Helmets aren’t just any rock band! They consist of 11-year-olds Tye Trujillo, (Dad is Robert Trujillo of Metallica!) Bastian Evans, Kai Neukermans and 12-year-old Bryan Ferretti.
